“I had the the opportunity to work with Michael photographing the Village Wood project. I was amazed at how he transformed this typical uninspiring cookie cutter home into fully functional open concept space with lots of character. Michael is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and his attention to detail can be seen in the numerous custom build ins. It's also what's not being seen that illustrates the thought and care that goes into the design and planning of his projects, like how he hid the new laminated support beams in the ceiling rather than exposing the beams. I'd highly recommend Mills Design Build for consideration of any design / build or renovation projects.”

“I've commissioned design and build out of my weekend home to Annett Group's owner Marek Urbanowicz. Complex undertaking including a complete project management from start to finish. A 3,200 sq ft with 1,700 sq ft basement modern take on a 'cottage' in Georgian Bay area. Highly customized design including open spaces and cathedral ceilings. I admired Marek's commitment to service excellence, engineering know how and experience in construction. Great communication throughout the 9 month construction timeframe. We're impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship. Complete delight despite many challenges that Marek's resourcefulness helped us preserve through. Highly recommend. And thanks to Annett Group for the perfect execution.”

“My 4th new home was built by Mountainview Homes and I couldn't be more pleased. Without question, the process was the easiest and most fun I have ever had. The Décor Centre on Merrittville Highway was an absolute life saver. No travel time wasted visiting the various companies selling kitchens, flooring, paint, shingles, bricks, railings, plumbing.....and the list goes on. Not only was it wonderful to pick and choose with the help of the designers, but the cost of upgrades was clearly stated - no surprises. The tradespeople were excellent to deal with, the finished carpentry was absolutely the best. A truly class act and I can't wait to build with them again.”
