“Full Refurb, including re-wire, new kitchen, second bathroom, floor levelling. Asset PM did an excellent job of refurbishing & insulating our North London flat. It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation. They also took care of the certificates and warranties so we are covered for the future. Thanks Robert & Karolina !”

“I whole heartedly recommend Highline Design & Build. Having been let down last minute by my builder, Justin and Dan stepped in to undertake my garage conversion. Their quote was provided expediently and was very competitive. From the outset, every member of the team was professional, polite and trustworthy as well as patient with a very demanding client! Justin and Dan were happy to accommodate any changes without fuss and took on additional landscape works including new driveway and piers without any delay to the program. The workmanship of all trades was excellent and I am very happy with the results. I will certainly be using Highline Design & Build for future projects.”

“Daron and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the very first meeting, he set realistic expectations, and showed his knowledge, experience and expertise. He gave a competitive quote, and was careful not to over-promise and under-deliver. The quality of the work was above what we expected, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, even going the extra mile by, for example, painting additional spaces for consistency. The job was a complete first floor refurb after a devastating fire and we were vulnerable and in shock. Daron’s calm and professional approach was reassuring, and the communication was regular, clear and excellent (we lived offsite). The work was completed ahead of schedule. The neighbours also praised how tidy, polite and cooperative the whole team at PD&B were. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.”

“City Lofts London came highly recommended to me through a friend when I decided to have a loft conversion. After initial consultation was prompt and the team had a plan of action in place. It was not easy as we had to live in the house whilst the work was in progress. But the project was carried out complete to our satisfaction and consideration to neighbours during work. “We recently had an extension and commissioned Sarah from Whitehouse Interiors to help us plan the space internally, making it work for us as a family and also the design of the kitchen. Sarah's understanding of the brief was excellent and we are so pleased with the end result. Sarah has great creativity, styling and is easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Whitehouse Interiors as our kitchen would not look like this without them. Great service and worth every penny.”
