“George Trojan is a gifted and talented professional. He excels in both general contracting of large building jobs as well as being a detailed perfectionist in finish carpentry projects. His work ethic and good humor along with his desire to please the customer make him a delight to work with. Working as the project manager in the rebuilding of my home after a fire, I found him easily accessible and available and immediately responsive to my questions, requests, and suggestions. The advice he provided on design was superb and his ability to grasp and handle a large number of challenges and problems made the job go quickly and smoothly. His practice of working through and completing one job before taking on another made me, as the customer, feel like I was his first and only priority. I would say that his character and integrity make him a contractor you can depend on and put your trust in. I recommend him without reservation.”

“We cannot overstate the benefit of finding Cobb Hill Construction - a team of professionals who make it their practice to go the extra mile. They came at the recommendation of our initial architect and began attending design meetings. When we opted to switch design firms, Cobb Hill kept working with us to get us a realistic price, before we moved forward. From pricing the project to using project planning to keep us on schedule and within budget, Cobb Hill made the difference in giving us a fantastic experience. They have been doing what they do a long time and their business is built on straight dealing and assigning the right man/or woman for the job. I'm a Project Management Professional and my husband is an Engineer, so we were expecting a lot, and Cobb Hill delivered. Their staff were courteous, neat, qualified and always ready to help when we had questions or concerns. We cannot say enough about this company and its ability to meet and exceed expectations. Highly recommend - you will want to have them over to celebrate when your project is completed - we did!”

“We feel very fortunate to have found Build Savvy for our home renovation project and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Our project had a large scope with multiple areas of the house being renovated and touching every component of a house from foundation to roof. We found Joe and his team to be honest, hard working, highly knowledgeable, on time and on budget. They were also very respectful of the fact that we still had to live in the home while it was being renovated and worked hard to minimize the impact on us. Any problems that popped up (and there are always unforeseen issues in a project this large) were dealt with openly and fairly. And in the end we are absolutely thrilled with our home and the high build quality.”

“Through word of mouth, my husband and I hired Fab Cusson of Bethal Builders,LLC to build our dream retirement home. He took us to see several of the homes he had built. From start to finish, Fab was and still is professional and always stood by his word. He listened to our wish list, and helped us stay within our budget. He emailed us several plans to look at and go over with him. When I couldn't decide on certain fixtures Fab took the time to meet us at the store and help with decisions. On a few occasions when the wrong item was delivered, or Fab didn't think the quality was up to par, he didn't hesitate to have the material sent back. He also paid for some screens to be replaced instead of returning them for credit when he thought his own crew might have accidently cut them. We could always reach Fab by cell phone or email him and still do! He always returns our messages, even after completion!! Our beautiful home was completed in January 2012. If you are planning to build or renevate in this area, you have an honest, hard working, talented contractor and crew available to you! My husband and I would hire Fab and Bethal builders all over again and highly reccomend him. Almost forgot... we received pictures daily of the progress! We literally have over 200 pictures from land clearing to final inspection!”
