“We recently employed Thomas Zub to design an extension to the rear of our bungalow. The brief was to create a new modern open plan living area to incorporate a kitchen and reconfigure a dining/sitting area thus enabling us to have a larger bathroom and add a third bedroom. Thomas was a good listener and easy to deal with, yet very professional in the design he produced which exceeded our expectations. He also dealt with the planning application which the Council passed without any query. We would highly recommend Thomas and his work to anyone as he displayed to us what a very talented and professional young architect he is. The service he provided was first class and extremely good value for money in comparison to other company’s.”

“Andy was one of a number of architects we invited to quote on our project to reorganise the ground floor of our house including an extension to the rear. Upon meeting him my wife and I both felt that he was the right architect for our project. He is a local man with the knowledge and experience that we needed. Wow ! did he deliver. He was patient with us as we deliberated over various aspects of the project and gave invaluable advice and support in arriving at our final plan. I naively thought that was the end of his involvement. No way! He maintained close contact with us throughout the building work and liaised with the builders to keep them focused on delivering according to the plans. He gave us advice regarding our new kitchen and referred us to a company that we subsequently employed to deliver and fit the kitchen .We are very happy with the outcome. He also referred us to a supplier of porcelain floor tiles. We used this firm. The result was top quality floor tiles at a very reasonable price. Andy also advised us regarding underfloor heating which we installed using the suppliers he recommended. Andy went above and beyond our expectations with regard to architectural services and my wife and I will be forever indebted to him for delivering a home that has transformed our domestic comfort and lifestyle. We also had a lot of contact with Andy's wife , Audrey , who liaised with us about various aspects of the project. They are a great team and made us feel special.”
