“My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

“I was recommended this firm to carry out renovation of my 2 bedroom maisonette which required updating. The scope included demolition of existing kitchen, bathroom and removal of flooring and ceilings. New pipework was installed following the relocation of the boiler and changes in the bathroom from having a bathtub to walk in shower. the toilet was also repositioned which required changes to the waste pipework. The walls and ceiling in every room and hallway was re-plastered to a very high standard. The painting was carried out with attention to detail with lines done immaculately. The kitchen installation was carried out expertly with minor corner voids covered in a very professional way. The wall tiling in the kitchen and bathroom flooring was completed perfectly with not even a sign of snags or misalignment. All ceiling downlights were installed in all rooms without affecting the plastered finishing. The flooring and skirting installation was done with recommended underlay assisting with noise proofing. They also recommended insulating the roof space to assist with heat retention. Throughout the process, communication was key to a successful project with options being provided transparently. I would recommend to anyone who requires either major work or minor maintenance as their standards are of the highest quality. Their operatives are very professional and clean up after their work. The experience for me was made easy due to the professionalism of this very capable firm. Top marks!”

“Fineva Construction came as a personal recommendation, and they did not disappoint. They built a kitchen extension and side return on our Victorian home in Beckenham. At the outset, they helped make all those tricky decisions I had no experience of, and looking back, we made all the right choices. All work was carried out within the 12 week schedule that was initially agreed and to the highest standards. As with any building work, there were small unforeseen issues that arose. But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. They made useful suggestions on how to make improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as adding soundproofing between the floors when the opportunity arose. The guys on site were all a pleasure to have around; courteous, polite and hard-working.
