“I used Aspen for our project, it was our second move from a flat to a house. We bought a house which required a complete refurbishment, in addition we decided to extend the property to the rear along with a loft conversion. The works took 8 months to complete as the entire house was gutted along with front and rear garden landscaping. Aspen were exceptional to work with from start to finish, very accommodating with some additional alterations which we decided to carry out during the build. We would highly recommend Aspen especially as no compromise was taken with our previous home.”

“We decided to choose MoreSpace to build our loft extension and were so glad we did. We were firstly consulted by Stuart Ellerby who gave us a thorough overview of what was involved in a loft extension and who is responsible for what during the project. His knowledge was first class and he spoke in layman’s terms and not jargon which we found very engaging and brought it to life. Once we agreed on the project, Stuart also kept in touch throughout with regular site visits and was also super responsive when we raised any questions. His aftercare has also been great. The team who built our loft was insane. The team was led by Jake and everyone in his team were super friendly and accommodating, whether it was popping up for a sneak peek on progress, asking any questions or looking to make slight adjustments. The finish of the job is perfect and exactly what we’d hoped for. They left the place clean and was complete within a much shorter time period than I expected. For such a large project, this felt like the easiest one I’ve had to undertake so far thanks to Stuart, Jake and his team. We did shop around with 4 other competitors and these by far have the best reputation and I’m glad I trusted the reviews. 5* Thanks Team!!!”

“Dave completed a full extension at the back of our house. He was extremely professional throughout and both his own team and subcontractors were really friendly and respectfully. Dave ensured that each night the site was tidied and there was not an accumulation of builders rubbish left around the outside of the property. He was full of little ideas that helped tweak the internals to great effect. . We also did not have to project manage the build as Dave took care of this. Since the completion of the build, Dave has stayed in touch and helped out with any additional snagging or issues we have had. “Last year, Greg and his team did my home extension which required several steels and large expanse of sliding windows. They put in a new ensuite bathroom, flooring, shelving and a patio and decking in the garden amongst many other bits of work. He and his team were extremely reliable, produced work to a high quality and were fantastic at problem solving. “We compared 6 builders when it comes to a tender pack stage and went for AD Construction based on a few references, plus a reasonable quote - they were not the cheapest though, to make it clear. Our project was a big job - demolishing everything to have one more room to add on the 2nd floor, loft conversion, kitchen extension and full refurbishment. Basically, we left a skeleton and build all from the scratch. Arben and his team were well-dedicated to our project. They had to put a few thick metal beams to start with and then, roof, brick walls, etc. and all was pretty much on time. He was proactive to raise issues with structure or design so we were able to fix anything required in advance, rather than later which can cause more money. He has a team with 10-20 years of experience (e.g. Tiler, electrician, plumber, joiner...) so when it comes to details, I can say all was spot on. If you are looking for a builder with a good quality, I can only recommend AD Construction without hesitation. Thank you Arben and your team!”
