“Matt Riley has been superb! He is calm, very knowledgeable and has up-to-date facilities for all that is required. From first meeting him I was impressed. He designed our double garage with ease suggesting many things in the process. His drawings are fantastic and very clear and informative. He made edits to them quickly and dealt with the council so smoothly. He is easy to contact and replies swiftly. We appointed one of his suggested builders (Martin Construction, Hull) and are very grateful for this as they have been excellent too. “Carl was just amazing from start to finish. I have had experience with a couple of Architects and Carl was a cut above them. Not only did he listen and work closely with us to get the design right; it was the little details in which he made the difference. Carl always had time for us. He always picked up the phone and answered every email. This is where others differed; they never seemed to have the time. We paid for Carl to manage the project and he was brilliant, he managed the builder well and was always on hand to be the 'middle man' whenever there was a slight issue. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will use him again the coming years for other projects.”

“I run a building company turning over £2million a year. I have worked with quite a few architect practices over the years. I can honestly say SRA are in the top draw category of design companies. Their designs and drawings are of a really high standard. They are thorough and methodical. Their specifications leave little to doubt which means you can precisely quote for what you are being asked to build. In my experience this is the biggest risk to the contractor and client falling out during contact. They way they do this means its never happened on any of the jobs I have done that they tendered and we won. Plus they are nice people, professional and easy to work for. As ever you get what you pay for but if you want a project designing and taking through planning and then either tendered and managed or you want to work with your own builders I would recommend you give them an opportunity to quote.”
