“Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. I would recommend Eagleview Construction to anyone who’s looking to undertake any project as you are guaranteed to have positive results”

“I have worked with Centrix Building Group since 2012 and every project (six to date) I have collaborated on with them has been a great experience for both myself and my clients. They develop very detailed estimates of work and are mindful of their client's needs and budget. “Frank completed an extensive basement design and renovation for us. Our home is older and with the reno, Frank tackled several challenges, including unexpected ones, professionally and to our best advantage. He took our walls down to the studs and made our basement a useful and beautiful space - just what we wanted and more! He is completely transparent with costs and pricing and we trusted him in our home. He also hires competent and certified people to assist as needed. We have already hired Frank back for more work and happily share the Gateway Homes name when we can.”

“Ryan is dedicated to his projects. It is evident he truly wants to see his clients happy and satisfied with their project and has proved to us he is willing to do his very best to make it happen. He competently guided us through our extensive renovation and even rolled up his sleeves to help when timing was important. He found mistakes in the work of other contractors and quietly worked with them to make it right. Always keeping our budget in mind as the inevitable unexpected situations arose, he was able to keep us on track and aware of budget limitations. He is an excellent communicator and a skilled craftsman. We highly recommend him for your next project - large or small he will make it happen.”

“Before I decided to finish my 1200 sq ft basement, I took quite a few quotes from different companies. I am very happy that I choose Eighty6 Framing and Drywall to do the work. They are so professional, efficient, fast, and delivered high-quality job. I highly recommend them for any project of any caliber. Initially, I hired them for Framing and Drywall but as the work progressed, I found them very nice people and experienced to complete a full basement. I ended up awarding them other work like flooring, installing doors, painting, base boarding, and window casing. After one year when some doors needed to be adjusted due to seasonal changes, they were happy to come down and fix it for us.”

“Tyler and his team were incredible to work with! I had them come in to re-do my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. They were meticulous, organized and very informative. Any questions that I had, Tyler went above and beyond to not only answer them but explain the “why” behind it. They worked efficiently and the project was wrapped up within our planned timeframe and within the budget range that he presented. I would highly recommend working with Tyler and his team for your next project! I’m having them come back in the spring to work on my backyard deck and I can’t wait.”

“For many years, I had sought a company that would repair stucco on a 150 year old house. By chance Ben moved into the area of the city where I live. We consulted and came up with a plan to repair the lime based stucco on my home.Ben identified the areas that needed repair, gave an estimate and a timeline to complete the job. Ben was completely familiar with the structure of my house, the materials required and the time to complete the contract. He explained the nature of lime based stucco and as the job proceeded, he always kept me in the loop. His workers were very professional and skilled, the work site was always tidy and the work was excellent. The final touch was to colour match the repairs to the colour of the original stucco.
