“We have known Jim for over 15 years and he is always professional & positive to work with. Last year he added a beautiful patio cover on the back of our house that was on budget and looked like it was part of the house originally only better. He and his crew not only completed the project on a timely basis but exceeded our expectations with design tweeks that took our project to a higher level than we expected. So pleased with the process that we are doing another project this year on the front of the house...can't wait to see how this turns out. I know we will be extremely happy and on budget.”

“Zach gave me a bid on covering my patio. His bid was fair but even so was will the work with me to bring the costs down to my budget without compromising the quality of the work. I have been totally satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the work he and his company completed for me. It was above my expectation, and I have more projects for him to bid on when my funding improves again next year. I highly recommend his company for construction work for his honesty and excellent quality work.”

“I purchased a very large, bank owned home that needed lots of work with an FHA 203K Streamline Renovation Loan. Matt worked well with the lender to meet the loan requirements and hired excellent subcontractors who got me the most for my money. My project wasn't fancy, but it was very big. My neighbors, friends who knew the house before I bought it, and even the mail carrier have all remarked that the house looks terrific. We have been in the house for over 6 months now, and we are very happy with Matt's work.”

“We are happy to have our project completed but sad to see Vitali and his team move on. We had a general contractor back out a day before our basement remodel was to begin. Fortunately, Vitali was assigned to our project and in just 2 business days had a team on the ground armed with projects specs & requirements. Every detail of our remodel looks beautiful and perfect! When we hit unexpected challenges they always consulted us professionally and were patient enough to educate us whenever we had to make difficult decisions. I imagine it’s tough to take on a project you weren't able to investigate and estimate initially. They accommodated several change orders throughout the project which increased scope and extended the project completion date. Bottom line – Some people encounter unreasonable general contractors and experienced so many hardships throughout a project that they dread the thought of another project. I would recommend Vitali but I may just keep him to myself. The great experience he offered us leaves us inspired to do more to our home.”

“Matt and Scott did an amazing job on my flooring!! I was always kept informed on the status of the job and the estimated completion time!! My home was always cleaned after each days work making it very easy to continue to live through the construction.
