“I built my home, a Boxwood, with CBH, and it was completed on time in June of 2014. Beginning to end we dealt with knowledgeable, helpful, friendly people. It wasn't work building our home with CBH. It was a fun and exciting experience. We looked forward to handling each next step, guided by their excellent team. When we had questions or concerns we were always promptly met with answers. They always went above and beyond to help us. When we finally completed and moved in it definitely felt like coming home. Highly recommended. These are great folks.”

“Innovative Custom Homes did an excellent job remodeling all the rooms in this home. They stuck to their time line for completion and stayed within the budget. The job site was always cleaned up. They installed new wood flooring, tile flooring and carpeting, granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, installed alder wood kitchen cabinets, tile and glass backsplash in kitchen and baths, all new lighting, interior/exterior paint. I have worked with them in the past and will continue to do so. They are professional and do quality work at an affordable price.”

The HOA fees include your water irrigation bill, front landscape maintenance, snow removal, common ground maintenance, and Christmas Lights to boot! “This was our first time building our custom home, the process was stress free as Kevin and Melissa had it all so organized. No delays. We moved in within 7 months and couldn’t be happier. If we ever build again we will definitely go with prominent homes. The quality is amazing! We have no regrets at all. Kevin and Melisa went above and beyond. People come over now and say our house is like a parade of homes and they enjoy being here and feel so welcomed!”

“We cannot recommend Lux Homes enough. We are the lucky owners of the “Farmhaven” home, and we are absolutely in love with it! The quality of this home is exceptional… the level of detail is extraordinary. Fernando and Amy are an amazing team. Amy has a gorgeous design sensibility and Fernando brings it to life… what’s more, they are good people, with a lot of integrity and the highest standards. They truly care about the home building process before and AFTER. Any small service needs we’ve had after move-in were addressed immediately and effectively. We can feel the love that was put into this home, and we never want to leave! But we can certainly say that Lux Homes would be our first choice in builders if we ever do. “Innovative built a deck on my home which turned out fantastic. They used TREX decking material and an Alumawood cover to make a perfect outdoor space to enjoy regardless of weather. Workmanship was excellent and they showed up when they said they would. I would/will hire them again. Great people.”

“Outstanding........Gary and Tammy and their team are like no other homebuilders in this part of Idaho. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of our home and they definitely were part of the creative process as well as the construction. Huge value add there! They know quality and they care about delivering it to their clients. As you can see from the photos, they have built amazing residences in southern Idaho and I wouldn't trust anyone else for a task such as this.”
