“Outstanding........Gary and Tammy and their team are like no other homebuilders in this part of Idaho. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of our home and they definitely were part of the creative process as well as the construction. Huge value add there! They know quality and they care about delivering it to their clients. As you can see from the photos, they have built amazing residences in southern Idaho and I wouldn't trust anyone else for a task such as this.”

The HOA fees include your water irrigation bill, front landscape maintenance, snow removal, common ground maintenance, and Christmas Lights to boot! “We cannot recommend Lux Homes enough. We are the lucky owners of the “Farmhaven” home, and we are absolutely in love with it! The quality of this home is exceptional… the level of detail is extraordinary. Fernando and Amy are an amazing team. Amy has a gorgeous design sensibility and Fernando brings it to life… what’s more, they are good people, with a lot of integrity and the highest standards. They truly care about the home building process before and AFTER. Any small service needs we’ve had after move-in were addressed immediately and effectively. We can feel the love that was put into this home, and we never want to leave! But we can certainly say that Lux Homes would be our first choice in builders if we ever do. They are THE gold standard indeed!”

“Innovative built a deck on my home which turned out fantastic. They used TREX decking material and an Alumawood cover to make a perfect outdoor space to enjoy regardless of weather. Workmanship was excellent and they showed up when they said they would. I would/will hire them again. Great people.”
