“We have known Jim for over 15 years and he is always professional & positive to work with. Last year he added a beautiful patio cover on the back of our house that was on budget and looked like it was part of the house originally only better. He and his crew not only completed the project on a timely basis but exceeded our expectations with design tweeks that took our project to a higher level than we expected. So pleased with the process that we are doing another project this year on the front of the house...can't wait to see how this turns out. I know we will be extremely happy and on budget.”

“Zach gave me a bid on covering my patio. His bid was fair but even so was will the work with me to bring the costs down to my budget without compromising the quality of the work. I have been totally satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the work he and his company completed for me. It was above my expectation, and I have more projects for him to bid on when my funding improves again next year. I highly recommend his company for construction work for his honesty and excellent quality work.”

“Called Nathan after researching other reviews for some repair on outside trim work. A relatively small job which is often the hardest to get help with. He came out quickly, gave a fair estimate, completed the job and then even charged less than the estimate. Hard to find professional service like this anymore. He will be my go to for future home repair.”

“I purchased a very large, bank owned home that needed lots of work with an FHA 203K Streamline Renovation Loan. Matt worked well with the lender to meet the loan requirements and hired excellent subcontractors who got me the most for my money. My project wasn't fancy, but it was very big. My neighbors, friends who knew the house before I bought it, and even the mail carrier have all remarked that the house looks terrific. We have been in the house for over 6 months now, and we are very happy with Matt's work.”

He effortlessly dealt with our families changing opinions throughout the project and did everything in his power to get the job done despite unforeseen delays. His attention to detail was really great, and very much appreciated since our house was built in the 40's, and nothing seemed to go as it was supposed to. Dylan is easy to work and a really great contractor.”
