“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

“My experience with Paul and Vicon could not have exceeded my expectations more. When you start building, everyone tells you that builders will skim corners and try to finish the job falling short. I would walk into my house and Paul would be checking every detail that I didn’t even notice or his team would make me come down to the floor to appreciate how level the tiles were. There is a sense of pride in their work that I have so rarely found, and I trust them wholeheartedly.”
