“Our job was a small, 400 sqft, auxiliary structure, sort of a mini house. We had plans drawn up, but were able to work with Erik to both change them, to change a room to a bathroom, and Erik was good at asking very specific questions to make the overall experience smooth. Once we had the permits out of the way, the build was entirely done in 6 weeks, on schedule. Erik was really good with the contractors, and there were no long delays of no work getting done. He even stuck it out with us to get the porta-potty removed after work was complete, when it would have been easy to drop the issue out of frustration. Overall, we were very satisfied with the pace and quality of work, and we had a great working relationship with Erik.”
