“I contracted Curtis White Companies to build a home plan that I had found on the internet. Joe and Katie were very easy to work with -- they explained everything that had to be done and gave realistic expectations of how the process would work. Once construction began, they were very good keeping me updated on progress and aware of what steps needed to be taken. They were always good about hitting specific target dates (despite a very rainy summer to work in) and kept me in the know on the things I needed to have to them. In the end, the final product is the home I was hoping for and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Joe and Katie to anyone looking to build a house.”

“I contacted Scotch Homes when I wanted to build a large home and barn on my land. I had heard nightmares about working with contractors but this was a fantastic experience. Wayne Scotch met me on the land and worked very hard to build exactly the home I wanted. He worked straight through until it was finished and finished within my budget. The home is beautiful and Scotch Homes did an excellent job.”

“Jadco/Mickey Bates painted and glazed kitchen and master bath cabinetry, repaired sheetrock and replaced damaged trim in the master bedroom, installed granite countertops in the kitchen, and painted kitchen, master bed and bath. I cannot praise them enough for the wonderful job they did. It was done in a timely way and all the crew were excellent, knowledgeable, polite, going way beyond what I expected, even cleaning up after each days work. An example of going above and beyond, ie, I had selected granite that was not available locally so the granite company sent a representative to Atlanta to buy the slab. The representative emailed me pictures of the slab, even sent pictures of three other slabs that were much less expensive. Mickey Bates was very professional, he came and inspected each job done and if not satisfied would correct the situation ASAP. I cannot praise Mickey Bates enough for the job he did and would gladly recommend him to anyone. You will not be disappointed.”

“Wright Homes does an AMAZING job every single time! We are currently building our second home with them. Our first was 11 years ago and we still love the home but our needs have changed. Completely satisfied with every aspect. Richard will assist with acquiring your land, customizing your home plans and maintains open and honest communication about the entire process, keeping you up to date on all the fine details. During this build, he has assisted us with a particularly difficult land purchase (sellers and their realtor were very difficult). We have been able to proceed with complete confidence in knowing he has our best interest in mind.”

“Kyle & the guys (Kevin, Jeremy, Jim, and Patrick) and the rest of the Murphy Homebuilders crew are excellent to work for, build quality homes, use quality subcontractors, and custom build beautiful homes and have as long as I've been in business. They keep quite a bit going and still do a good job and Kyle is the treasurer for the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders and gives a great deal back to the community through Habitat for Humanity & other charities. I recommend Kyle to anyone looking o build or looking to buy a home Kyle built. He knows his stuff & builds a beautiful home with a lot of amenities most builders don't think about.”
