He has a fine attention to detail, and the subcontractors that he chooses to work with are held to those same standards. He built 4 Periwinkle Ct. in a subdivision that I developed, and having seen that home, as well as others he has built, I would highly recommend his work as a contractor. A home purchased from Ingenuity, LLC will be an excellent investment for many years to come.”

“Over the last four years Technically Aesthetic has done a custom bathroom, tiled another shower as well as installed vinyl siding on a dormer and a small plumbing project. The work is always done well and at a reasonable price. Tyrone is always professional and I am very comfortable with him being in my home while my wife and I are away during the day. Whenever someone tells me they have a project in mind I always give them Tyrone's information. He is my go-to contractor. He is honest and does great work. You'll be happy you chose him.”

“Distinctive Designs went above my expectations. Mr. Stokes made sure details were inspected and addressed. The few corrections that needed to be made were no trouble at all. Each of the subcontractors were easy to work with and more importantly people I did not feel nervous to have in my home or around my children. I will not use another contractor other than Tom Stokes. My project took a while longer than expected but the results are worth it.”

“We designed our own home and we had a challenging property on which to build. We talked to Berry Home Center in Abingdon for a recommendation on builders and decided on Tommy Sproles of Mountain Empire Homes and boy are we glad we did. Tommy and his business partner and life partner Julie have been incredible. These folks understand the importance of keeping the customer up to speed on budgets and costs etc. They have bent over backwards to help us build our custom, dream home and help us keep within budget. This is the second time we have built and these folks are head and shoulders above what we experienced before and we are getting what we want. Nothing seems impossible with these folks. We love them and recommend them highly.”

“Rogers Development built our 7,000 square foot custom home in 2013. The quality of their work was evident even before we signed the construction contract. They researched and provided a very detailed cost estimate based on our specific selections whereas other contractors we spoke with provided estimates based on their normal allotments. They were extremely helpful throughout both the design and selection process. Their subcontractors were top quality. Either Jimmie or Jeff Rogers (the owners) were on site daily throughout the entire project to check on the progress. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the construction and will utilize them should we build again in the future.”
