From the very first discussion and throughout the build process, everyone we have worked with has been friendly, professional, and eager to make this a great experience! This includes Clemens employees, all of their sub-contractors, and every supplier we have met. The construction is the highest quality and their attention to every detail unmatched! We would strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new home!!”

“My husband and I had some remodeling and upgrades done in our kitchen. We also had a 1/2 bath installed just off the kitchen in our laundry area. Dean and Ian were very professional and efficient! The quality of work was outstanding!! We were so happy with the work they did, we had them come back and pour a cement patio and install new garage windows for us as well!! They are now our go to guys for any of our contract needs and we would highly recommend them to anyone!! :)”

“A quality built home is what you expect, and Devol Custom Builders meets your expectations and more. I have had Dan build two homes for me over the last 10 years. Both experiences have been very satisfying. He has the time to work closely with you over small details. I think this is what separates him from some of the other high quality builders in our area. His pricing is very comparable to other quality builders. I truly believe that I got more for my money building with Dan than I would of with ANY other builder. Ask around. Talk to interior decorators, window suppliers, landscape companies, etc. and I'm sure you will hear the same great things about Daniel DeVol Custom Builders.”

“Kellco Group, LLC is the new Identifying Name for the former Keller Services. New name for the same outstanding personnel and company. Our experience began with a request for a pricing of a flooring and painting project to prepare our house for sale. As the project began there was an emergency plumbing project that one company quoted for $7,500.00. Keller did the project, including discovery of a major requirement undiscovered by the first company, for 40% of the cost quoted. Keller Services then removed a wall between the kitchen and family room, installed new flooring to 90% of the house, provided the finest paint job to all ceilings, walls and trim in the entire house, installed new lighting on the outside, installed pocket doors and closet doors, and fixed things that were broken without asking. Every night the house was available for meals and sleeping. We have added garage door and exterior painting to the project. We are so pleased we are staying in the home.”

“Hawk Homes built our House in 2009. They have the capability to handle all aspect of custom home building. They were very organized and professional during the entire building process. Having a home built is usually the largest single investment you can make, we were able to trust Hawk Homes on all the information they gave us to make sound decisions. I would use them again for any remodel, design or home in the future.”

“Transition Properties did a complete kitchen renovation for us. Everything turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier with it. During this renovation, they also replaced all the flooring on the first floor with vinyl planking and it turned out great! Would recommend them to anyone.”
