After selecting our site and creating architectural plans, we began a detailed and competitive bidding process to find the right builder. “My Wife and I chose to hire C&D Company when we purchased our new home in DC in February 2015. The house was built in 1937 and was never renovated up until 2015 so we had to go through a full renovation of the entire house including the basement and the backyard to bring it up to today's standard of living. We consulted friends and family and C&D came with the highest amount of recommendations and when we contacted them, we found Dago to be very responsive and thorough during the interview, budget and contract process. This also continued during the actual construction, they managed to complete the renovation on time and with high quality of work. The team is very professional and also considerate of the neighborhood and so naturally we received complements from our neighbors on the same. Now, its almost two years since completion of the initial project and Dago is still helping us with any issues that come up at the house periodically. We will certainly recommend him to our friends and family and will consider him for our future projects!”

“Michael Shannon and his team worked on a complete cosmetic renovation of the wash room in my then newly-purchased condo. I knew exactly what I wanted done, and when we had our initial consultation, Michael completely understood what I was going for, and even made great suggestions to refine the project even more. All in all, the process from beginning to end was seamless. It also helped that I wasn't living in the space while the reno took place, but that also likely helped speed things along. Michael was always easy to get in touch with via phone or email, and quick to respond to things. He also made sure I understood everything that was happening, as well as ensured that all of my questions were answered. His team also worked well within the strict guidelines of my building, which was a bonus. Overall, the whole process went pretty smoothly, and just about two weeks after the demo took place, I was left with an updated bathroom that I am extremely happy with. Michael and team does extremely well with attention to detail, and really honing in on bringing the customer's vision of the space to life. And given the age of the building, he was able to highlight the areas where I could essentially save money where possible, and overall guiding me through as I made such decisions. I highly recommend Michael and his team for your renovation needs, and wouldn't hesitate to work with him on future projects.”

“I don't normally review anything unless I am either super impressed or extremely mad. And I have to say, I am so super impressed and extremely happy with my new kitchen. I just bought a house in Rockville area, and I hated the existing kitchen. After scrambling through the websites, I came upon Cyrus Construction. So, I gave it a try. From first call to the last hour that the crews were here, I had a smooth and great service, plus the absolute workmanship. James was so courteous and patient when I had him explain certain things to me over and over, again and again. The crews were punctual, and very polite. Whatever I want done, I just call the office, and I have it taken care of by the crews. Besides the service, they also have great selections of cabinet and granite counter top. The products that James presented to me are beautiful and of top quality. The only frustration I had with this kitchen renovation was what to choose. Anyway, I ended up with the Bianco Antico granite and Vanilla Cream Pewter Glaze cabinet. This combination of cabinet, counter top, knobs, lighting, and even vent is absolute gorgeous. Every time I walk in this new kitchen, I feel "Gooood"!”
