“We spoke with numerous builders and started our building project with one other builder before finally finding Freese Custom Homes, and are so glad that we found them and decided to have them build our home. Todd was amazing to work with from the very beginning planning process all the way through to following up after we moved into our home. Instead of working with an architect, we had Freese Custom Homes design our house based on some ideas we had and are incredibly happy with the floorplan and design we ended up with, not to mention the cost savings over using an architect. Todd was able to design a house that was laid out just like we wanted, and also made sense from a builder's perspective so there were no architectural surprises during the building process. Communication throughout the build was great, which was very important as hiccups related to covid supply issues arose. Todd was able to work around all of the issues that came up and found reasonable alternatives when the selections we chose were no longer available. The end product is above our expectations and we couldn't be happier about how it turned out. If I had another building project in the future, Todd would be my first choice without hesitation.”

“Dan was extremely professional and accommodating to our vision for a bathroom remodel. He not only had the skills to completely change the layout of our bathroom, but the patience to understand the results we wanted and make our dream bathroom come to life. We were very impressed by his tile work and the pace at which he worked. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up the work space at the end of every day. Dan was excellent at communicating and included us in the decision making process for all design details. He quickly resolved any issues that came up and kept us in the loop for changes that needed to be made to keep our bathroom beautiful, but most importantly functional. We will be hiring Dan for our future home projects!”

“We purchased a home to downsize to and it was a total remodel. We consulted with HR Construction and Design when we knew this was over our heads. I knew the layout I wanted and that work was completed but when Kyle seen me struggling with discussions he took me shopping for tile, cabinets, counter tops etc,.He explained differences in products and cost's which was so helpful, I was able to decide almost instantly. Our home was built in 1979 and when friends come over they always comment how it looks just like a brand new built home! My kitchen and bathrooms are posted on his website and we now have our forever home to settle into.”

“OGC really hit all the marks when it comes to the qualities one would seek in a General Contractor. OGC responded to our request for assistance in a very timely manner with a comprehensive, well priced quote. Though subcontractors may be needed for certain jobs, it is imperative that the GC understand how to do the job themselves. With over 20 years of experience from owner Travis Chase, OGC really took responsibility, ensured tasks were completed on time and both he and brother Trevor, held every item on the list to the highest level of quality. OGC listened and met us where our wants were parallel with what was possible. Yes, sometimes we homeowners want things done that are structurally impossible or cost-prohibitive but every step was talked through and agreed upon before work commenced. OGC did precisely what they said they would. Issues or concerns were communicated thoroughly and rectified quickly. In addition, the team was flexible and did a fantastic job of keeping the work site organized and disposing of trash properly, which was immensely appreciated by our family as the job revolved around our daily life with 2 kids and a cat. If you are looking for a general contractor in the Greater Olympia area, I highly recommend the ‘OG’s’ at OGC!”
