Master bathroom and custom kitchen came out stunning. They took care of everything, including design, each stage of the project was carefully managed. “Working with Guil and his dream team was an absolute joy. Not only did he work with me to develop my vision of my kitchen, he did so with an incredibly competitive rate. White oak custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, and some hardware flourishes that really make my kitchen mine. I cannot believe what a quality job MDRN did, all with a friendly and highly communicative attitude. AND they worked within my budget!”

Clarke was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and kept us informed throughout the process. His estimate was fair, and his workers were prompt and worked quickly. “Hiring Pure Energy Construction to remodel my bathroom was the best decision i’ve made. Straight off the bat, I was able to tell that customer satisfaction was their #1 priority when handling this project. Our project manager would always make sure we are 100% pleased with every decision no matter how big or small. They were always on time and the communication was great! And to top it all off the bathroom came out beautiful! I will definitely be hiring them again for any of our construction needs and I suggest you all do the same!”

“My parents recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and I wanted to have their master bathroom renovated as an anniversary present. Genesis Pro Builders sat down with me and listened to all of the ideas I had for their room and managed to work almost all of it into the designs. When my parents saw the finished product, they were both speechless. It looked amazing. They laid new floors, painted the walls, and installed new countertops as well as cabinets and light fixtures. I really appreciate the work this company did and how special they made my parents’ anniversary.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“CALL THESE GUYS - I can’t stress this enough! They helped remodel our pool house so that my parents could move in to live with us. They even added some ADA elements so that everything was easily accessible and we don’t have to worry about them so much. My parents love feeling independent but want to be close to their grandchildren. Avi even spoke with my mother to get her input for the design, and she love to brag about him!”

“I wanted to update my dated stone wood burning fireplace so I called Eran at Pine Tree again after I was displeased with other recommendations for fireplace remodels. I was comfortable working with Eran and his team as they did an excellent job with my master bathroom remodel. As expected, Pine Tree put another outstanding team together to demo my old fireplace and do a modern concrete facade with an electric firebox insert. The project took longer than expected due to the unprecedented winter rains this year as they wanted to make sure every prep coat and layer was properly set before proceeding. It's easy going along with the recommendations from a quality team that I trust will do the best workmanship. I very happy with the outcome and love turning on the "fire" with a remote control.”
