“Mike was super easy to work with and his partners were all professional and timely. He did a great job of working with our budget and helping to find finishes that stayed within our means but also gave us the look we were hoping to achieve in our home. Anytime we had questions or problems, Mike was quick to come by and personally address or resolve. We will definitely be using Lutke Construction for future projects!”

Brad did a fabulous job working with us, from developing scope of work, pricing and execution - including constant and timely communications. “DesignerBuilders has worked at my house on several occasions over the last half-dozen years (date below refers to the beginning of the first and largest occasion), performing such tasks as completely renovating a bedroom and bathroom, chimney-flashing repair, exterior and interior painting, storm-window replacement, and small excavation work and foundation pouring. The owner provides written estimates and bills and makes certain that the work is accomplished in a timely manner (which of course may be dependent upon the pace of suppliers and subcontractors). He and all employees are courteous and trustworthy, and all are extraordinarily knowledgeable about their jobs. The owner is well aware and enthusiastic about environmental impacts.”

“We hired Eldridge Company in August 2016 to oversee several projects in our "new" 24-year-old home: creating a large (7') arched opening in a kitchen wall, converting a window to a back door, and building a large (20' x 19') covered deck/outdoor living area. Throughout the consultation, design, and building process, Christopher Eldridge displayed exemplary communication, attention to detail, and respect for us and our property. The end results of his company's handiwork were beyond superb and we gained a trusted friend and ally for future design/build reference. We have gladly referred multiple friends to Eldridge Company for their design and build needs and remain forever grateful to have worked with this jewel of a company filled with such caring individuals!”

“Clay Jones is a very professional builder! My client looked at a spec home he is building in Oldham County and fell in love with it. Clay spent several hours with us explaining in detail what was planned for the home and what was included in the allowances. My client has never built before, and Clay did a wonderful job explaining the process and time frames. After our meeting, my client commented on what a professional builder Clay is. Needless to say we wrote a contract and now are eagerly awaiting the completion of the home!”
