Jim Elliot, the owner, suggested a better placement for the bathroom which resulted in a much better bathroom and came in on budget. Additionally, their estimate was the best we received. They were all a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in everything they did. For additional house projects I will absolutely consult them first.”

“We interviewed several builders last year when we set out to expand our home at Lake Anna. Before we found Battlefield Homes, we had not found any that met our standards. “Our house expansion/renovation is still ongoing....target completion is January of 2018. We are transforming our 2800 s.f. lake house into a 5600 s.f. dream home plus a large, 3 car, attached garage. We have found Outdoor Building Concepts (OBC) a fantastic company to work with. Before starting this project we went back and forth with them for over a year (planned) and found them very accommodating. What sold us was the fact that when we went to look at some of their other additions they looked like they were part of the original house. We have made some minor changes along the way and they are more than happy to accommodate our requests...many times without changing (increasing) the budget. We are the type of people who liked to be involved in all aspects of our project and OBC seems to welcome this. We look forward to the completion of our dream house and will no doubt have OBC at some of our open houses to take a bow.”
