He was prompt and professional and gave me an upfront price as well as estimated amount of time it was going to take to complete. “Schneider Construction did a great job as general contractor and on construction services on our full main floor remodel. Brad and Mike were open to our ideas in design and introduced us to some other contractors for various needs like tile removal, floor installation, painting, glass tile work and doors. Our kitchen is contemporary but has a warm feel of home! Opening walls and stairways gave new life to a 30 year old home. It's now a wonderful gathering space for all our family and friends. Schneider's knowledge and experience was invaluable throughout the project. Houzz served as our inspiration points in several areas and Brad was able to interpret those to be a good fit and match for our us. They are a good Company and will do a good job in any construction or remodel. Our project began in May and finished in July. Now we can really enjoy the house and we love entertaining.”

“We love love loved this company. We had a pipe burst in the wall last winter and they did an amazing job. Doing demo, and getting the new floor down and the wall that was saturated fixed. This sept my son flooded the bathroom and we ended up with a bad leek in the basement. 2 guys from the company came over to my house on Friday at 5 to get the ceiling removed so we wouldn’t have any mold.”

“Complete remodel of lower level. Was a concrete basement with a walk-out. Now a beautiful full service, recreational level of our home. Added a full service bar with granite counter tops and full appliances. Full bath, bedroom, exercise room and fantastic theatre room. Excellent craftsmanship with crown molding and custom effects. Also added, large deck and storage room under the deck in back yard. Deck is maintenance tree and beautifully designed to wrap around house with lighting on handrails. Storage room looks as if was part of original build. Perfect match. We are extremely pleased with the work by Liston Construction!”
