Now that our stunning home is finished, I know we made the right decision. From start to finish, BayBeach is a first-class home builder. Always responsive, changes were always met with a - no problem. The design and thought put into our build are very apparent now that we have lived in it for 6 months. We feel very comfortable knowing that we have a solid, well-built, and one-of-a-kind home and are so proud to show it off! Working with Fred and the whole BayBeach team was a pleasure and they made sure our experience was as stress-free (as building a home can be!) as possible. “I purchased a home build by Woody and JMiller Building Company. The home had already been built when I purchased it and after looking at many other new and older homes, I found this home to be unique and with a very good attention to detail. I looked at a lot of generic homes and found this house to have a lot of extras that others lacked... details that I thought made the home nicer and more secure. Woody also took it a step farther for us. Before moving in there were just a few left over items that needed to be completed and Woody stepped in before we moved in and afterwards to make sure that everything was done to our standards. He was proud of the home he built and really stood by his product, and I respect that and I am thankful for that. Especially because I live in the house full time!”

“We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

“Siteline Construction was hired to serve as the GC for a home renovation project including gutting and installing a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, laying a new tile floor throughout the house as well as completing electrical, HVAC and plumbing upgrades. His workmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Being off island for most of the 6 month construction project, Brandon Tierney provided ongoing updates including photographs of progress being made as well as issues that were being encountered... between weekly conference calls and daily emails (as needed) he was able to resolve issues quickly with minimal impact on budget and schedule. The project was completed on time and on budget as promised. We HIGHLY recommend Brandon and Siteline Construction Group and would definitely hire them again for future projects.
