“Jamie and his team recently completed an extensive renovation of my condo. The project included new wood flooring for the entire first floor, four different tile projects, installation of a glass railing system, custom wood wall covering as well as several small projects. The craftsmanship of everyone involved was fantastic. The attention to detail throughout the project was amazing. Jamie is very knowledgable and was a tremendous help to me as my vision of what I wanted evolved. The transformation of my space is phenomenal and I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie.”

“Jake has worked on numerous homes that I have designed. He is one of the most knowledgeable ICF contractors I know. I had a chance in 2007 to help build a home I designed and Jake was the ICF contractor on the project, while on this project I learn more from him about ICF construction than any one else in the industry. I would highly recommend him as your go to source for anything to do with ICF construction.”

“Scott Christopher, or more specifically his renovation company Surpass, did a spectacular job completely remodeling our 1946 Cape Cod lake house. Previously it had very limited views of the lake but today, with the addition of a new kitchen space and elimination of numerous walls, the lake is visible from virtually every room. While the house has clearly been modernized his cabinet makers and workmen preserved the traditional feel of our old house. In addition, we signed on with a specific finish date in mind, December 24, giving them barely 4 months to complete. Although it frequently required weekend construction, which we lived through, they were done on the 20th.”

“We couldn't be happier with Berghuis Construction. They built our house start to finish on time and under budget. Josh Berghuis had great design ideas and was very collaborative to work with. He always answered my phone calls or got back to me right away. The workmanship Berghuis Construction did for us is fantastic, everything still looks beautiful 2 years later. They were always able to answer our questions and work with us on things we wanted changed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone - and in fact have had several friends and relatives use them and be happy with them as well. I can't say enough great things about this company!”

Because their designs are beautiful, they think of things we haven't even considered, they are honest and trust worthy. And in the end, the result is beautiful. “I hired Kenowa Builders for a complete remodel of our family home. Dealing with the entire Kenowa team was great. At the beginning of the project we sat down and reviewed the entire scope of the project and the needs of our family. They took everything we discussed, put it into a plan with a time line. Through out the course of the remodel they were always there, responding to my phone calls, answering my questions and giving me updates as to the progress. They were also very receptive to last minute changes we would make in the plan. They listened to our needs, wants and desires and then made it happen. I could not be happier with the end results. With the vision they brought, they took our old home and made it a contemporary show place.”

“New Urban Home Builders was hired as the general contractor for renovations in our condo. The scope of work included a bathroom remodel, kitchen update, new wood flooring, painting of the interior, construction of a new closet as well as electrical and plumbing work. In addition, we had the terrace enclosed for pet and child safety. All of the work was done to perfection with careful attention to detail. After completion, there were a couple of minor fixes that were taken care of immediately. All in all, the experience was wonderful and I would readily recommend them to anyone.”

“Great service. Helped during the estimating process to assure that we selected high quality products and that structural issues were addressed. Work was completed on time and within budget. Chad was particularly helpful and made sure that all subs completed their work to the highest standards. Meadow Ridge Builders helped worked with us to complete our project in phases to fit our budget. Great follow up, too. We are extremely satisfied. Good value for the money. We highly recommend them!!”
