“This has been the 3rd renovation project I have contracted through Taylor Burton Construction and as expected the experience was fantastic. Taylor and his business parter Blake were always engaged in every aspect of the project. This renovation required an expertise that I would not have entrusted to any other firm. Taylor Burton grew up building homes with his father and is unmatched in his construction knowledge in the state of Alabama. The project was painstakingly reviewed to keep the addition from looking like an addition and I can say it was a success. If you are in the market for a high quality renovation contractor in the Mountain Brook or Vestavia area then Taylor Burton Construction is the company to use.”

“I contracted Curtis White Companies to build a home plan that I had found on the internet. Joe and Katie were very easy to work with -- they explained everything that had to be done and gave realistic expectations of how the process would work. Once construction began, they were very good keeping me updated on progress and aware of what steps needed to be taken. They were always good about hitting specific target dates (despite a very rainy summer to work in) and kept me in the know on the things I needed to have to them. In the end, the final product is the home I was hoping for and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Joe and Katie to anyone looking to build a house.”

“We have followed Mike Wedgworth for a long time during his building career. We now are about three fourths of the way through the process of him building a house for us. His reputation was a major reason to pick him as our builder and he has done nothing except enhance his reputation during our process. He is honest, dependable, trustworthy and reasonable. He also has demonstrated humility in all our dealings. There have been many times when he could have hidden cost and details in order to benefit his bottom line. However, he has proven that value and customer relations are first priority with his company. I couldn't speak any more highly of the Wedgworth Company. John Woods”

“Drake Homes has a very friendly and professional staff! My wife and I wanted to build our Dream Home, but had no clue where to begin, so we began to search the web for local Custom Home Builders. Drake's website was very impressive, and their testimonials compelled me to contact them. After my first meeting with Drake, I knew that Drake was the Home Builder for my family! Drake's Professionals were very attentive to my family's needs, and made our House Planning process an effortless adventure. We spent four months designing our home, and six months building. Once Construction began, there were many opportunities to modify aspects of our home, and Drake's staff was always willing to make those modifications with minimal sacrifices our budget. Drake's Professionals were very knowledgeable when it came to unique finishes and touches. I've always heard that building a Custom Home is stressful, but my experience was the complete opposite. Drake Homes did a phenomenal job of scheduling, analyzing our budget, and turning our dreams into our NEW REALITY!!!!”
