“They built our house providing great workmanship and integrity. They are very knowledgeable and used quality materials. While the house was being built, they were either doing the work or inspecting the work of others to ensure the quality desired. Any repair work was quickly completed. They will charge you a fair price. You can allow them into your home and trust that everything will be completed as promised. This is a company you can trust.”

“From the first moments we began working with Krista and the team at Premier Living Homes, we knew we had made the right choice. They were transparent about their work, offering multiple references, and we were even able to visit homes of previous clients. It should be noted that Premier Living Homes received glowing reviews from those customers as well. Through multiple iterations of plans and debates about the finishes in our home, Krista was patient and professional, offering insight based on both her experience and on our needs. She took the time to understand us as a family and ask what we wanted to do with the space. She never shied away from telling us if something wasn't a good idea, and she always had an alternative that was better suited for our needs. When we received our final plans, the result was beyond our expectations. We're in the building process right now, but to this point, our experience has been phenomenal. We're incredibly pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the team at Premier Living Homes, but what really sets them apart is the personal touch. “Bob Seaton and Company built us a wonderful, fully custom home in Central Ohio. The in-house designer was included in the pricing of the home and she attended the design center visits to assist in all aspects of color, flooring and kitchen selection. Monogram Homes built us an excellent, energy efficient home. They also provided excellent one-year warranty service to correct the expected blemishes which arose in the first year.”

“I hired Andy and his crew from Epic to remodel the main bathroom in my house. They had to take the room down to the studs and numerous issues were found. They went above and beyond what the initial plan had been, even putting a new floor joist in through the outside of the house. All the workers were friendly, timely and professional and did an excellent job. The finished bathroom was beautifl and I plan on using Epic for all my upcoming remodeling projects”

“We awarded Chris our finished basement project after meeting with 4 other contractors. We chose Chris not only for his very fair pricing, but also because we had a good feeling of trust between us, trust to get the job done right and to meet the expectations we had set out. The project was 50K+ in construction costs, and the basement looks like we spent 75K+. We had a wonderful experience, and have kept in contact with Chris afterwards. I consider him a friend now, and am glad that we chose to go with him. I've recommended him to friends and family, who have also had great experiences with him.”
