“We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We are still amazed at how meticulous, professional and hard working everyone was and the fact that the project was finished on time-incredible! We want to thank Rob for the personal attention he gave our project and for the outstanding level of communication. “In February 2023 I took 3 bids to tear down an old redwood deck and replace it with a Trex deck. I chose Rob Kurk Construction. His bid was very competitive. He had excellent references, great communication skills, he is professional and easy to talk with. He has good listening skills and responsive to my requests or changes. Rob and his crew built a beautiful 12'x80' Trex deck with iron railings and three flights of steps in the amount of time and price Rob had originally stated. When we found a perfect lot and decided to build, Steve built us a beautiful home that we are thrilled to own. He is easy to work with, has great ideas and great follow through. If we ever build another home, we would definitely use him again. You won't be disappointed if you use this company for your home construction project.”

“Alan and Carol Thorner, here. We just wanted to send a quick "Thank You" to Luxera in Rocklin, Ca, for the beautiful job that Rich Igou and his crew did with our remodel in Granite Bay. Our newly-painted home looks better than it ever has, its "bones are strong" once again, and our new bathroom is stunning! The attention to small details is, indeed, much-appreciated. Rich was always available by phone/text, and everyone who entered our home was personable and polite. Luxera in Rocklin was more than fair on the price, and that's always a big one when it comes to construction projects. In short, we couldn't be more satisfied. “In January 2014 we had a total kitchen remodel done by Stellar. The old kitchen was small, outdated and dysfunctional. They removed everything and expanded the kitchen footprint. We supplied the flooring, cabinets, counter top, back splash, appliances, sink, faucet and hardware. Total cost was $29,000 for labor. The transformation is amazing and we still get compliments from everyone who sees it. Overall it was a good experience. We lived in the house while the renovation took place, which is not something I would recommend, but they were able to work around us and after about 3 months we have a "stellar" home.”

“I have used Adam for three jobs now. Once, as President of an HOA, where an exterior wall needed replacement. One of the unit owners was a highly respected and demanding architect; Adam was the first contractor who satisfied him. We then used him for a bathroom remodel, which was an infinitely better experience in terms of budget overruns, fit and finish, service and timelines to our previous bathroom remodels. Having watched too many episodes of HGTV, we bought a fixer. Adam looked it over with us, and then proceeded to over deliver on expectations every step of the way. Adam is sort of like a combination of Nordstroms and Holmes of Holmes on Homes. Any problems that you, the customer, has, he will fix. And there will be no bogus shortcut code violation techniques, not ever. His subcontractors are premium, and he knows when and how to keep in touch both personally and online. His budgets are realistic, and change orders are transparent and timely. He provides design guidance, but listens carefully to owner design choices. Things always hit glitches, but I did not worry about them. They always got resolved. If you want a cheap contractor to do things without permits, look elsewhere. If you are looking for availability in a top of the line contractor, I would check Throne Builders out.”

“My wife and I hired GXDB to build an addition onto our family home in East Sacramento, to support a new Master Bedroom. We interviewed other companies, but were just more impressed with GXDB. We were very happy with the process and more importantly, the finished product. GXDB stayed on schedule, on budget and far exceeded expectations. We'd recommend them to our friends and family without hesitation.”

“I saw a "net zero energy home" sign and called the number for an estimate/consultation to do a renovation project. Not only was Darko Borovnica knowledgeable in his craft and work ethic, Darko gave brilliant, creative and functional design ideas for each space and room. I was pleased and impressed that he was willing to invest his time in a potentially small project after hearing that his present project was building a multi-billion dollar modern energy efficient home.”
