“I have used Chris and his team at R.A.S Construction for several 'full service' projects (covering refurbishment, extending, plumbing, re-wiring etc) - each time the work and service has been exceptional. We received a detailed, competitive quote and the work was completed on-time to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending them or using again. “My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“We decided to choose MoreSpace to build our loft extension and were so glad we did. We were firstly consulted by Stuart Ellerby who gave us a thorough overview of what was involved in a loft extension and who is responsible for what during the project. His knowledge was first class and he spoke in layman’s terms and not jargon which we found very engaging and brought it to life. Once we agreed on the project, Stuart also kept in touch throughout with regular site visits and was also super responsive when we raised any questions. His aftercare has also been great. The team who built our loft was insane. The team was led by Jake and everyone in his team were super friendly and accommodating, whether it was popping up for a sneak peek on progress, asking any questions or looking to make slight adjustments. The finish of the job is perfect and exactly what we’d hoped for. They left the place clean and was complete within a much shorter time period than I expected. For such a large project, this felt like the easiest one I’ve had to undertake so far thanks to Stuart, Jake and his team. We did shop around with 4 other competitors and these by far have the best reputation and I’m glad I trusted the reviews. 5* Thanks Team!!!”

“Hurlingham Developments were instructed to complete our entire 3 storey home renovation. This involved total refurbishment and renovation of our 6 bedroom property and garden. We chose Andy and his team as he was honest and reliable and got back to me on all our requests. This was a big job and wasnt without its hurdles. Andy project managed the whole build was on site regularly and informed us ahead of time should projects be delayed. If you want a reliable builder, who is happy to give impartial advice and get the job done choose Hurlingham. We are now using Andy's team to paint our interior walls and windows.”

“I was recommended to Clearly renovations by an AV contractor that I was considering using for the complete rebuild and refurbishment of my apartment. The job was not without it's problems as the flat is a lateral development situated over two clothes shops on a very busy market street that trades 7 days a week ( and obviously had to continue trading throughout,unhindered ) it's also in a conservation area with all the added pressures that ensued. From day one I found Jeremy and his team helpful and conscientious .There were a myriad of problems that manifested over the project but all were handled with professionalism and aplomb. I have been back in the apartment a year now and again the few snagging problems have been sorted out with minimum fuss.I could not recommend this company more highly and would certainly use them again.”

“Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”
