“Jason did a great job on upgrades to our home. There was never a "no" or issues with resolving outstanding items. Everything was custom so we had no idea what the final result would look like. Jason was wonderful about explaining expectations and modifying final results when something did not meet our expectations. My schedule is extremely busy and we did not have time to babysit the project. Jason stayed on top of the details, kept us informed and never seemed frazzled with our endless requests and change orders. I highly recommend them for any project you may have. We look forward to our outdoor kitchen project that I know we will be doing soon!!”

“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

They were great to work with and helped to make our home even better with their knowledge of building custom homes. “We did an expansion to our current house. We needed a game room for the kids, a den for the adults, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Also a mud room, laundry room, some fixing in the existing house and redo the garage. We hired Sneller Custom Homes and Remodeling for the job. All these jobs were done while we were living in our current house. They are very professional, they helped us with the design, and ideas to better put in black and white what we wanted to do. Also, they worked with us to get things done inside the current living space to better accommodate our needs. The communication with Matt Sneller was great, if something was not as expected he took care of the situation. Great communication skills, and very professional in what he does. We highly recommend this company. Regards”

“My husband and I bought a Matt Powers home in December and we couldn't be more happy with it and the Matt Powers team. As time passes we constantly find ourselves saying how thoughtful and intelligent of a builder Matt Powers is. My husband and I looked for homes for months and happen to find this home based on a few construction pictures. Those pictures demonstrated quality that we hadn't seen in other homes and sure enough when we walked in it the first time, not only was it so beautiful and custom, but it was sturdy and built with so much thought and care. We continue to comment on this all of the time as we live in it. This very thoughtful design has led us to enjoy an energy efficiency in our home that we didn't know we would have. Our energy bills are significantly cheaper than what we paid in a home nearly 1/4 the size. Finally, working with Matt has been a pleasure because he is a genuinely kind person. The relationship continues well after buying a home. He makes himself available to questions and we have consulted him on other ideas which is a great thing because we love spending time with him! We could not recommend Matt Powers and his team more highly!”
