“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“Addition of 2 rooms over our garage. The project required an engineered solution to meet our needs of adding two rooms over our garage, drywall, finishing of the garage, installation of upgraded HVAC to meet the larger house size, new stucco, new eavestrophing, fascia, soffit, new finishings in all upper floor. Second project on secondary property was to assist with proper sealing of crawl space and increasing insulation in attic. Kurmak employees were: - very professional] - listened to our needs - found solutions to our requests for changes when we asked - addressed shortcomings immediately and with professional attitude. - met or exceeded deadlines”

“My husband and I hired Frame Bros in 2022, shortly after we moved into our home to design and develop our basement. I cannot not recommend them enough! Right from our initial consultation the level of professionalism and industry knowledge far exceeded other companies we had consulted with for the project. Brad was patient during the design process, he was able to offer his industry expertise, while listening to our long list of wants/needs, and designed us the perfect floor plan. Our basement is complete with a home theatre, beautifully designed millwork, a bar area/entertainment area, a full gym, two bathrooms and a bedroom. During the renovation process, his team was very respectful while on site, the project was always left clean at the end of each work day. The project was completed within the anticipated timeframe and done within the quoted budget. The outstanding workmanship, detail and level of care to execute our vision for this space, was truly amazing! I highly recommend Frame Bros. They will most definitely be building our next home for us!”

“Darcy of Rouse Projects managed a significant renovation at my home in Canmore. I would hire Darcy again. He communicates clearly and often with photos and project updates, and responds to questions or concerns very very quickly. Darcy is extremely committed to his projects and works tirelessly to keep things running according to plan. When the inevitable reno surprises came up, or when we changed our mind about something, he calmly managed the situation and ensured it was resolved. Darcy has a background in project management and uses these skills to his clients advantage. I believe this sets him apart from others in the home renovation business.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Barry and Lisa to complete our kitchen renovation. It was a bit of a tricky project (most are) but both Barry and Lisa went the extra mile, from design to completion, to ensure it went off without a hitch. The end result was a beautiful kitchen that far exceeded our expectations. We would immediately turn to them again if we were to have any additional renovation needs.”

“Kinash Construction helped me with my home renovation. We added an secondary suite to the side of our house and a dormer to the room above the garage. (see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! I would recommend for any type of construction or project.”

“Jeff has been awesome to deal with! After a parade of "contractors" that made Mike Tyson look professional and level headed, we gave it one last chance and met with Jeff after seeing his ad on Facebook. When I found out he used to work as a Site Supervisor at a larger builder here in Calgary, I could instantly tell that he understood how hiring a contractor is just as much about customer service as it is the work. Jeff was helpful, and genuine. Most surprisingly, he gave me a quote and while I expected it to be 15% higher than the quote, he stuck to every dime! I didn't have to wait weeks for a quote, and I didn't have to wait weeks for the work. Surprisingly enough, through his contacts his HVAC guy ended up being the same guy that worked on my home when it was being built. They pulled of a miracle from a previous mess up and fixed the existing work that was already done!”

Siena Signature Builders made the design process easy. They were patient and flexible, allowing us to add our own design touches and they ensured we were educated along the way. Siena included features that make our home functional yet unique so that it stands out from others. They provide excellent customer service, are more than willing to answer our questions and provide timely follow up. We love our home and will continue to recommend Siena Signature Builders!”
