“We had a great experience with Powerpillar LTD. We needed our entire kitchen remolded and updated. First, we had our consultation, which was scheduled within a week of contacting the company. The design consultant came to our house to discuss what we had envisioned and how to make it work within our budget. The design consultant was very knowledgeable and professional and sent us a quote and layout the very same night. We had many different installation specialists working in our house at different times. The project manager and all the installers were very pleasant and kept us informed of their progress. All issues were addressed and resolved very quickly, and if we had any questions or concerns, our project manager was always available to discuss them. Our kitchen turned out great and we will definitely be using Powerpillar for our next project”

“Our family used R&M for two different projects with full renovations in Kensington and Chelsea (Greater London). They did an excellent job and the work was done to a high-end standard and professional manner with great budget. Both jobs was completed to the agreed timeframe and contract sum. Highly recommend!!”

“We had Ross Taylor homes come into our home and re design our kitchen so we could use the space we had to it’s full potential. Steve made sure he took into account the main things we wanted from our new kitchen and incorporated them all into the new design. Steve and his guys worked to a very high standard . Our new kitchen looks perfect ! They are certainly perfectionists when it comes to finishing kitchens. We were extremely satisfied with the whole process , from start to finish And would not hesitate in recommending Steve & Rob to our family and friends.”

“We decided to extend our lounge to the side of our property into a narrow 7ft gap taking our property to the party wall. It was a tight and tricky space to build in. This did not faze Matt and his team at all. We encountered the first lock-down a week prior to commencement of works but Matt stuck to his word and started as soon as he could in May. Despite the challenges of working with COVID, the Beswick workforce were amazing; hardworking, professional and polite. They always left the site tidy and secure at night and were always positive and friendly. There were challenges along the way which they handled perfectly. When our 21ft steel arrived, we watched with awe at the ingenious way they got it into position. Everything went to plan was delivered on time and within budget. A job very well done and we are delighted with the result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beswick and we would definitely use them again (Matt, when can you do my porch?!). Thanks to all the team, you made the whole process painless and fun!”

“We appointed Pawel and his team to undertake a renovation to the basement of our Victorian house and also to erect a bespoke timber pergola, install decking and construct a concrete bench in our garden. We have employed many contractors over the course of our house renovation and we can honestly say that Pawel and his team are the best. As well as providing a very competitive quote, Pawel was able to provide really sound advice around the scope of the works and came up with innovative solutions to tricky issues we discovered on site. His team were very respectful of our house and our neighbours and we were really impressed with their communication and trustworthiness regarding the renovation. We had a minor issue with a faulty smoke alarm once works were completed and Pawel arranged for someone to come over and fix this immediately at no additional cost. We are thrilled with the end result and the attention to detail is fantastic. We would 100% recommend Pawel and his team to anyone and would definitely employ them again.”

“As a female I can honestly say that the whole team at Rama Property Limited were true gentlemen. They guided us throughout the process and really treated our home as their own. It was wonderful to have builders that really took pride in their work and wanted everything to be perfect whilst, of course listening to our requirements. Lio is a problem solver and would be there on hand to provide more than one solution to any task. He kept us well informed throughout and was an absolute pleasure to be around. Throughout the process the team were organised and clean and tidy which, given the whole place was a complete building site was pretty impressive. “Rom single-handedly redeveloped a loft apartment in Hackney for me two years ago. He did it all. Plumbing, electrics, tiling, he laid the floor, painted the walls, he even installed a fresco on the ceiling of my bathroom in 6 pieces that to this day i can't understand how he did so perfectly. His extremely meticulous attention to detail means you can feel totally safe leaving it all to him, most importantly he takes a personal interest in the work and is always thinking of ways to make it better, which all really adds to the experience for the client. I was very thankful to have Rom be in charge of the works to my flat, two years later and it all looks as if it was done yesterday. I can safely say i have not had this experience with many other builders, i would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone.”

“I chose Kuba and Grzegorz after a comprehensive tender process. The project was greatly coordinated and run smoothly. All obstacles that arose throughout were addressed immediately with a communication I would expect from all the builders. The quality of work delivered by Investhome was fantastic and I found the ongoing project management really helpful. I am generally pleased with Kuba and Grzegorz and would certainly use them for a future project.”
