“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

Robert and his team were responsive, respectful of our need to operate during the construction process and finished the project on time and on budget. Robert really went above and beyond to help us to complete the project in a timely fashion. We were so happy with the Garza team that we hired him to remodel our home kitchen which was another very successful project.”

“We have had a total renovation over 2000 square-foot apartment down to the studs. FC L did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Since we were doing it remotely (we lived in New York City at the time )most of the communication was through email with a prompt response either that day or the next day. They had sent us updated reports on weekly basis. As everybody knows dealing with the condo board is not the easy but they have managed it somehow. But their professionalism did not end there. Now if we need them for something small they are here the same day or the next day . That gives us tremendous comfort knowing that we can call and someone if needed. I can’t recommend them enough.”
