“When my wife and I moved to the Central Coast from the Central Valley (sound familiar?), we wanted not just a change in scenery, or cooler temperatures, we wanted a lifestyle change. We bought a mobile home in a great spot, but the home had an existing 3-level deck that was very old, poorly designed, and really just ugly. We interviewed 3 different builders, and we did not have to look any further once we met Isaac, the proprietor of IMC Building. He just understood exactly what we wanted without a lot of need for us to draw the picture. In fact, he drew the pictures! Mobile home parks have some surprisingly stringent requirements for decks, Isaac was able to wade through the confusing, arbitrary, and sometimes contradictory requirements from the state agency that oversees mobile homes. The end result is that we got an amazingly stout structure that looks incredible and gives us literally hours of joy each and every day. We added 1,000 sq ft of livable space to our mobile home, and we recommend IMC Building to everyone who asks about our beautiful deck.”

“I hired Dan to coordinate my recent kitchen remodel. I had a good idea what I wanted but several other people I sought bids from discouraged me and tried to change my plan. This company had a 'can do' attitude and nothing was too hard for them to carry out. My kitchen remodel knocked out a small wall, moved the sink (which involved extensive plumbing), stove and refrigerator placement, installed new cabinets, counter tops, flooring,windows,appliances,lighting and a barn door. All of the building professionals employed for this job were respectful, reliable, and well qualified to carry out the job at hand. It was a pleasure doing business with Ferreira Inc. The project lasted 2 months from planning to completion and was completed within the planned budget amounts. We received good value for quality work.”

“I am a building designer and Schmidt & Schmidt Construction has built many of my projects. I have found them to be a very talented group to work with from office staff to construction workers. They do beautiful work from rough to finish. I have found them to be good problem solvers which can be very important sometimes in remodel or addition projects - not "how do I solve this?" - their attitude is always "here is the issue and this is how we think it can be solved". “Shane and the Crew at Associated Construction have helped me with several projects spanning over a decade. They have remodeled several commercial buildings, including a restaurant & bar. They also did a major remodel on my house. Craftsmanship, Quality of Work, Job Completion are several of the reasons I have stayed with Associated. “It was wonderful working with Green Goods on a recent tenant improvement project for a new office. Green Goods provided terrific carpet with recycled content and stranded bamboo flooring as well. “We had Joey of FJA Construction do a lot of work fixing up our at the time 35 year old house. Quality of work was excellent and he was easy to work with. He did a lot of different types of work for us, tiling, kitchen cabinet installation, drywall repair/texturing/painting, outside deck rebuilding, stucco repair, and a lot more. “I have had the pleasure of working with Hybrid Construction on multiple home improvement projects as well as remodels. Whether the project is large in size or small they are always friendly and professional. They offer design recommendations and suggestions as well as preforming the actual work to get the job done. The owner is always responsive to my many questions and takes the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options that are presented to me for my project. When you hire Hybrid Construction for your project you can be assured that the owner will be on the job site on daily basis, not just at the time that you sign the contract. As we all know, this is not always the case w/ General Construction companies. This is 1 major differentiator in my opinion, between Hybrid and other companies. I have been living and working from my home while construction is being preformed. I truly appreciate Hybrid Construction's attention to detail in both the creative space as well as the day to day cleanliness of the job site. To know that my home will be left neat and tidy and the end of the working day is a relief! Hybrid Construction represents a team of honest, reliable, creative and hard working individuals.
