“My experience with Heritage was totally positive. They came out, evaluated my problem, explained what was needed to fix it and provided an estimate. I had a large bump in my sub flooring. They repaired the floor and put down a new wood floor. They were always polite and answered all of my many questions during the process. I knew when they were coming and what work was going to be done. When it was time to pick out the flooring they were patient and allowed me to take time to change my mind before ordering. A contract was signed prior to the work and the cost to me remained the same, even when the problem proved to be more difficult than anticipated. I love my flat beautiful floor and the process was without stress or worry. I would, and have, recommended Dan Harder and Dan Reiger at Heritage Home Works to anyone that wants work done on their home. I hope to use them again in the future for other projects.”

They helped with dealing with contractors and helping us be ready for the next phase that needed to be completed. We added multiple extras and yet finished below budget with equity in our home with finished.”

“We contracted Smith Home Improvements for the first time in 2008, and have used them exclusively since that time for all of our home improvement projects which now numbers more than 14. Their work is excellent, and the guys very helpful and friendly. Another thing that we really have appreciated is that they have also become our timely "go to" company for several handyman type projects over the years. I highly recommend these folks. “Troy Sanders is a pleasure to work with. Troy is easy going, good listener very approachable. He has gone above and beyond most have in is training and certifications. He pays close attention to extra details in the construction and finishes. He uses quality materials, vendors and laborers not cutting corners. Troy has high standards of what is acceptable from those who participate on his homes. He has developed floor plans that are functional and flow well one space to another. The designs are sophisticated and charming. Troy is an artist in his own right. I would have him build a home for me or anyone I know that needs new construction.”
