Their expertise in both architecture and engineering ensured that the final product was not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound. “I had only positive experience from the first day of engaging with Excell. Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.”

“Our family used R&M for two different projects with full renovations in Kensington and Chelsea (Greater London). They did an excellent job and the work was done to a high-end standard and professional manner with great budget. Both jobs was completed to the agreed timeframe and contract sum. Highly recommend!!”

“I would whole heartedly recommended Peter and his company for any building work you were considering; we would definitely use him again. We are the owners of Francis Road shown on Future Shapes London`s site on Houzz. As you can see it was a full house renovation: rebuilding everything from the roof to front path. Where Future Shapes London really stood out was in there professional and personal service: we met with Peter on a weekly basis and he was always prompt in replying to e-mails and calls. Peter provided great advice that saved us money without ever compromising on quality workmanship and safety. The company delivered on timescales and always used their time effectively: we viewed the work on a weekly basis and were always impressed by how well the work was project managed and also how they respected the house despite the amount of work which was being carried out. Again, we would highly recommended Future Shapes London. .”

“Amabuilt has been the best building firm I have ever used - and that is over many decades and several house renovations and countless other works. Their lead contractor, Mihai Vatajelu, is multi-skilled, an excellent craftsman, and brings in the jobs to the highest quality finishes brilliantly on time and on - or under - budget. He is highly professional in getting the job done but hugely caring to make sure that any disruption is minimal. He is totally trustworthy and is scrupulous in only charging for hours worked. He is the only builder I have ever felt totally confident in recommending unreservedly to my friends - and they have been delighted with the great works he has done for them.”

“We were recommended to Brown Construction by Woods of London in Blackheath whilst looking for our kitchen for our project. Once we had met Adam and were reassured by him that we could achieve what we wanted for our project (having been advised by other builders that we were unable to do so). We knew that Brown Construction were the best people to proceed with, they were easy to deal with and always offered good advise in all areas. Our project was managed brilliantly by James, the whole team were fabulous they left site every day and it was clean and tidy we couldn’t have been happier. We have since recommended Browns to a number of friends and colleagues.”

“I Love working with the guys at D & T Carpentry. They have a great eye for detail and really work with you and your ideas on any project you undertake. They seem to be respected by architects and buildings regulators to - which gives you reassurance!. Nothing is too much for them and they go the extra mile to ensure your project, however large or small, gets done on time and to budget! Here are some pictures of a recent project. Double story side extension and single story kitchen extension. Still waiting for more photographs but here is my kitchen extension.”

“We had a great experience with Powerpillar LTD. We needed our entire kitchen remolded and updated. First, we had our consultation, which was scheduled within a week of contacting the company. The design consultant came to our house to discuss what we had envisioned and how to make it work within our budget. The design consultant was very knowledgeable and professional and sent us a quote and layout the very same night. We had many different installation specialists working in our house at different times. The project manager and all the installers were very pleasant and kept us informed of their progress. All issues were addressed and resolved very quickly, and if we had any questions or concerns, our project manager was always available to discuss them. Our kitchen turned out great and we will definitely be using Powerpillar for our next project”
