“Working with Guil and his dream team was an absolute joy. Not only did he work with me to develop my vision of my kitchen, he did so with an incredibly competitive rate. White oak custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, and some hardware flourishes that really make my kitchen mine. I cannot believe what a quality job MDRN did, all with a friendly and highly communicative attitude. AND they worked within my budget!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Hybrid Construction on multiple home improvement projects as well as remodels. Whether the project is large in size or small they are always friendly and professional. They offer design recommendations and suggestions as well as preforming the actual work to get the job done. The owner is always responsive to my many questions and takes the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options that are presented to me for my project. When you hire Hybrid Construction for your project you can be assured that the owner will be on the job site on daily basis, not just at the time that you sign the contract. As we all know, this is not always the case w/ General Construction companies. This is 1 major differentiator in my opinion, between Hybrid and other companies. I have been living and working from my home while construction is being preformed. I truly appreciate Hybrid Construction's attention to detail in both the creative space as well as the day to day cleanliness of the job site. To know that my home will be left neat and tidy and the end of the working day is a relief! Hybrid Construction represents a team of honest, reliable, creative and hard working individuals. I receive frequent compliments on my home and yard all based on the work preformed by Hybrid Construction!”

“It really was absolutely wonderful having My Home Builders transform our never- been-updated kitchen &baths into simply gorgeous, functional, light filled spaces that are now the envy of our family, friends, and neighbors. During our first meeting with Roy, he listened carefully to my color preferences and lengthy wish list in order to come up with a design plan for each of my three rooms. and then, at our next meeting, I was able to view 3D computer images of how the finished rooms would look like, and to say I was astonished to see he'd included every item on my wish list. starting From demo to completion - always ahead of schedule. and by the way - Roy kept us well Informed about every step of the work. This was super important to us. He came early each day to meet with the work crew and us, and was always available by phone / text as well. The project foreman, and his entire crew were super friendly and polite, so it was a pleasure having them in our home each and every day. And true to his word, Roy made certain we were both satisfied with every detail before the job was fully completed. - Since I tend to be very particular, I was thrilled to work with such a company that also shares my views of a job well done!! It's superior quality work, at not a penny more than the contracted price that was completed on time. My Home Builders is the best choice you can make for all your remodeling needs. The entire crew is knowledgeable and so helpful in getting things done in a timely manner. They do beautiful work and are very easy to work with. As long as I am able to refer clients to a construction company I will be referring them to AAA Development.”

“Dave Telem, owner of Dave's Remodeling, Inc. supervised and coordinated various projects to upgrade the function and appearance of my home in the Pacific Palisades. Kitchen upgrades included new quartz countertops, a new stainless steel farmhouse sink, a microwave drawer, and a new dishwasher. The laundry room was completely remodeled with new cabinetry & countertops, flooring, and washer and dryer. Cabinets in the family room and kitchen were repainted, and the master bath shower floor was replaced. Overall, the quality of work was excellent, and work was completed on schedule. I would not hesitate to use Dave's Remodeling services for my future needs.”

“I wanted a new kitchen design in my Beverly Hills Condo. The current version was pretty up to date but I do a lot of cooking and wanted a multi-surface counter top for easier clean up. I found GoodFellas because my neighbors were working with them and they did an impeccable job. They were able to come in for a walk though and I signed up right away because I was itching for a new kitchen. The project manager Ran stopped by with many samples of countertops and walked me through the pros and cons of all of them. We used two different materials throughout the kitchen to be compatible with my constant baking and easy clean up. I had to go out of town during part of the remodel due to an emergency but Ran sent me updates and pictures the entire time. They really care about building strong relationships and do a great quality job.”

“We hired Dwell to build a 1000 sq ft Accessory Dwelling Unit ("ADU") in the backyard of my home in North Hollywood CA. The project included the demolition of the existing garage and ground-up construction of the new structure, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room with kitchen and hardscaping. Giovanni and Oran are a highly competent and knowledgeable contractor with a strong work ethic. His team is efficient, skilled and friendly. They have a ton of experience, is flexible and made a few of "in progress" design change recommendations. We highly recommend this company for most any type of home construction. They really know what they are doing and that is ultimately why we chose them. They did all the architectural design and pulled all the permits from the city. They handled the complete project and we are very very satisfied. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone. Giovanni and Oran are very straightforward, informative, and reasonable. They are timely, organized, very friendly and worked with us on choosing windows, doors and colors. We signed the contract on January of 2020 and on March of 2020 everything shut down due to pandemic. On February of 2021 they had pulled all the permits from the city and started the project without any increase in cost of material. We would recommend Giovanni and his company to anyone looking to build an ADU, custom home, or do a remodel. Khalil Subat”

“Dana Benson Construction did a fantastic job on our custom whole house remodel. Dana and his crew's professionalism and attention to detail were evident from day 1, and stayed consistent throughout the 7-month construction period, resulting in a project that finished on time and within budget. One of the many great things about working with Dana is that he employs his own team of custom cabinetry and mill work tradesmen, allowing him to control both quality and cost, and enabling him to deliver to his clients unbelievable custom cabinetry. I did not realize how important this is until we were well into the project. For example, part of the remodel included a new walk-in closet, so we had looked into bids with a closet fabricators in the area like California Closets, thinking we'd save some time and money by opting for a pre-fab, mdf/melamine wood finish closets. After looking at their quote and listening patiently to what my wife and I wanted in our closet, Dana offered to have his cabinet shop build us our the same closet...for significantly less money. What we have now is a closet built from solid hardwood, custom molding, and hand-finished in a custom glaze, which match the look and feel of the cabinetry throughout the entire house. An added perk was also working with Dana's wife, Grace, whose creativity and incredible interior design eye helped us make our house our "Home" (and also helped us save money by not having to hire an interior designer). I would highly recommend Dana Benson Construction for your next major home remodel or new construction project.”
