“They did nice job on finished my basement. Only little problem is miscommunication about the flooring. I wish I have driCore so I won't worry about getting the floor wet from minor flood. Every floor slaps got split and I have to push it back together is a pain. They done many floor work beside finished basement. My dining room, kitchen and bathroom, all are nice. One minor problem, they poke hole in wall but they fixed it. The hole in wall behind my refrigerator are sloppy job (I missed see that part). Just found out two weeks ago when a guy removed my old refridge to put in new one. They put nice counter top in kitchen and bathroom. I wish they could do small job for me when I need help with.”

They keep the customer in the loop and have never walked away from a project until it has been completed. We have had rooms and kitchens re-modeled, exterior restoration, foundation and sill repair, interior and exterior painting and numerous jobs where Rose Incorporated has brought in sub contractors for projects like roof repair, HVAC, chimney replacement and electrical work. All first class work. We will always go Rose Incorporated first, whatever the job.”

From first consultation and scheduling to demo and install, Dave and his team were fantastic to work with. Communication and honesty were clearly a priority in their work. As with any job, there were surprises along the way, but Dave and the team navigated them brilliantly. We absolutely love our new kitchen and strongly encourage anyone thinking about a renovation to call Dave and see if it's a fit. Thanks FHC!”

“Nate and his team transformed our hideous 70's bathroom into a peaceful, lovely, modern bathroom in our historic home! They arrived on time, cleaned up each day, were very respectful and easy to have in our home (we have 3 children), and stayed within the budget that was clearly stated before beginning the project. Nate was our 3rd contractor on this project, and we were very pleased with the quality of work. We would highly recommend Cacique for projects large and small.”
