“From our first meeting with ‘the Nicks’ we were immediately struck with their enthusiasm and insight into our project. We were impressed with the time and dedication they showed in producing a very well laid out and costed specification based on our initial plan. They are very particular paying careful attention to detail and have built up an excellent team of skilled contractors who all worked to an extremely high standard. They managed to work around us, whilst we continued living in the property, ensuring that we had basic services available at all times - much appreciated in the winter months. During the build Nick Turner was onsite to supervise, and otherwise, was quick to respond to email and texts and kept us informed of any delay or snags. Nick Crick (Customisation King) proposed practical solutions to any problems that arose and they were both particular in leaving the site immaculate at the end of the project. “I Hired WDA, Sept 2013 To Look at prospect of Land I had for Development and the appraisal for gaining Planning Permission for an Eco Style House, which they gave me their opinions and eventually we were Successful in getting Planning permission on a Beautifully Designed House by the team early 2014 (App No 2/2014/0064/PLNG, I have now Recently sold the Plot and the Build will start shortly, November 2016 “I wanted to thank you both, firstly it was good to meet nice people and further more for your damn good work. “To Rebuild exterior boundary Wall after checking foundations were fine. The Wall had columns with Trellis attached. Good finishing work was done to the Wall. Reliable and always on time. “Our major project had 3 distinct phases, which at the outset could have been either 3 projects or an integrated project. We were so happy with the first renovation project of the historic barn that we progressed with the extension to, and renovation of, our period farmhouse and the creation of a linked pool and leisure area. James at Bournesouth coordinated the tender processes, assembled and managed the team of builders and allied trades (from people he knew, had worked with and were used to working as a team) to deliver a first class project on time and on budget. His intimate knowledge of the processes and the interaction/potential conflicts of the specialist trades allowed him to anticipate issues before they arose and in close consultation with us to deliver the project to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend Bournesouth and James for delivering the project beyond our expectations in turning a great design into a beautiful home.”
