“I viewed the renovated property on the market (for sale) and was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and finish in the rooms. The additional rooms were a good size and in keeping with the rest of the house. The kitchen layout maximised cupboard space but still created a light and airy space. The bathrooms were finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend this team for your project.”

“Will came recommended. He organised our building work (from measuring up, giving advice/suggesting alternative options, ordering materials, to fitting the aluminium fascias and spray-painting the window frames) and saw the job through from start to finish in the most professional way. Will and his colleague Sam are reliable, unobtrusive and left the site clean and tidy at the end of every day. Will communicates well. He successfully liaises with third parties (for example, scaffolders, rubbish clearance) which allows the job to flow smoothly. Will’s workmanship is excellent. He is meticulous and has an eye for detail which results in an excellent finish. I would happily use Will again and would thoroughly recommend him.”

“This extensive six month refurbishment of a 4 bedroomed house involved moving walls, installing under floor heating, bathrooms and kiitchen. We found the workforce to be congenial, punctual, respectful and honest. Their leader, Julius has an eye for design which was very helpful. Overall, a trauma free experience. That was delivered on time and in budget. The Russo has our full recommendation for building services.”

“We were recommended to Brown Construction by Woods of London in Blackheath whilst looking for our kitchen for our project. Once we had met Adam and were reassured by him that we could achieve what we wanted for our project (having been advised by other builders that we were unable to do so). We knew that Brown Construction were the best people to proceed with, they were easy to deal with and always offered good advise in all areas. Our project was managed brilliantly by James, the whole team were fabulous they left site every day and it was clean and tidy we couldn’t have been happier. They seem to be respected by architects and buildings regulators to - which gives you reassurance!.
