I contracted DAP construction for the conversion of our home last year. This involved a 2 storey side extension, attic conversion and full house refurbishment.
We found David and the team to be friendly, helpful and very professional in our dealings with them. We were very happy with the final price and the quality and finish of the work carried out. We would definitely work with DAP again and have already recommended DAP to our neighbours and friends.

David's company DAP Construction worked with me when I was project managing the building of an extension in Colliers Wood. The work involved demolition of existing parts of a residential property, the installation of complicated steelwork and the construction of a new two floor extension. I was impressed with DAP's professionalism and knowledge during the execution of the works and also the quality of the work. DAP's ability to meet deadlines and budgets were second to none. I can definitely recommend them.

We chose DAP based on a recommendation from a friend. We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the work. We gutted our house and did a rear extension and loft addition. David managed the whole project and the team delivered excellent quality job all the way through. I think one of the most import aspects of a construction job is in the quality and timeliness of the finish. David and team worked diligently right to the end to ensure every detail was immaculate and to our satisfaction. He is a great communicator when there are challenges and is easy to work with. We can't recommend him and his team enough.

DAP construction works to a very high quality within a clearly defined budget. David is a perfectionist. My expectations were exceptionally well managed when changes to the exterior section of my home, including magnificent landscaping and decking was completed four years ago.
Outstanding, honest and reliable workmanship. A relief to find DAP construction - trustworthy and totally dependable. I am about to embark on a big extension project with DAP construction.

Commented: Polypropylene or wool carpet?I preferred polyprop
because polypropylene is very soft, and looks very clean even after two years. If you have kids or animals then
polypropylene is a better option.
