“I hired Rumi to advise on, and manage, a project to extend and renovate a kitchen and dining area. I was extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism of her work, and could not recommend her more highly. Her incredible expertise and experience made this project run very smoothly and resulted in a gorgeous kitchen which has radically transformed our home, making our life easier and our family time much more enjoyable. At every single point in the project she was able to guide me with efficiency and patience, always knowing when to wait (to accommodate our personal and professional schedules) and when to push things along (to guarantee the timely completion of the project). She was excellent at creating a flexible, supportive and collaborative working relationship, leading the project in the areas where I felt less confident but enabling me to take control of the areas where I had a clearer vision of what I wanted. Her design vision is beautiful, her knowledge is vast, her contact network with tradespeople is incredibly valuable and her attention to detail is unparalleled. I was also very impressed with, and grateful for, her good humour, kindness and consideration. Rumi changed our house and our lives, and I highly recommend her.”

“We hired Abby to help transform our dated working environment into a a place which encouraged our employees back in to the office and truly reflected the dynamism of our brand. We wanted a 'home from home' feel, that re-engaged our workforce whilst being stylish, open and client facing. That said - I don't think we truly knew what this looked like; this is where Novo Design came into their own, they were heads and shoulders above any other organisation we were introduced to when it came to innovation and efficiency. Abby is a true talent, her ability to visualize is second to none and the whole project was seamless from start to finish; nothing was too much of an ask. The space is incredible and has significantly improved how we work together and collaborate as a business. Since the renovation, not one person has visited without commenting on how stunning it is; I couldn't recommend Novo Design anymore.”
