“I hired Olivia after receiving a very comprehensive quote and time-line of the full renovation of my investment property. She did such a fantastic job, exactly how I imagined. On our first appointment, we discussed budget and asked me how i want the house to be transformed and she delivered. She updates me the progress on a weekly basis and managed the whole renovation for me. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone to do all the work for you! With her help, my investment property has been transformed from an old, abandoned house to a brand new modern home which brings a lot of interest and the house got leased within 2 weeks!”
