Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with and an incredibly hard worker. She came to our house told us how long she thought it would take and gave us a quote. Sam then arrived promptly and did the bulk of the lifting and carrying, including labeling everything very clearly before taking it up to the loft while my heavily pregnant wife instructed her on what to keep, what to store, what to throw away and what to give to charity. i cannot thank her enough it is like living in a different house with every room spotless including the spare room which was a junk room and now is ready to be a nursery. If you are looking at your house thinking It is a mess or I need more space call Untangled and it will make your life easier.

Helen is wonderful, wise and caring. She helped me make some amazing changes to my home. My living room and office were quite cluttered with stuff, some of which I was really struggling to let go of. Both rooms felt very stale and stuck. Helen came in with great energy and organisation and we made really fast progress. After we'd finished our work the energy of the space was really lifted and I felt a surge of positivity. Would highly recommend her to anyone ready to make a positive change in their home and their life.
Your Space in Mind (Johanna Valeur)

Johanna was brilliant! She completely turned around my open-plan living room which had become a bit of a dumping ground for my kids' toys and all our...stuff. She has a really creative eye and a vision of space and how best to use it. She also spruced up some of my tired old furniture, including a mirror I was about to take to the dump which she sprayed gold (and which I now love), and I can honestly say I feel like I've moved house! I can truly recommend Johanna as a hard-working, speedy, creative person who has a great eye but is also a really good listener.

I have hired ClutterBug to help me declutter a house with 2 young kids that suffered from too much unused appliances, clothes, games, books and whatnot. The approach was extremely professional and friendly. I was surprised and how quickly she managed to help me sort out the clutter and helped me obtain a "clutter free" mind. After a few sessions (as 1 was definitely not enough!) the house looked amazing, the kids' rooms had space to play in, I donated few bags to charity, few to the big and I even managed to get some money back by selling old stuff on ebay! I would recommend ClutterBug to anyone!

Charlotte is the quintessential home moving angel. All the stress of packing up the home I shared with my late husband and two young children was taken away by Charlotte’s calm and conscientious manner, showing huge respect for important things. We left our home as though we were going on holiday and less than a week later moved into our new home which was all unpacked, organised and beautifully clean, almost as if it had been magicked from our old house to our new one. I can’t recommend Charlotte enough. She has made what was super emotion, stressful and challenging into a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you Charlotte for just being incredible!

I hired Sarah when my home was beyond a nightmare!! My mother had died and I'd been through a very difficult time, which resulted in things getting totally out of hand. I had boxed piled up, paperwork piled up, wires, TVs, china, you name it.. all in total chaos. I felt totally overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Things were so bad that I couldn't have visitors in my home. From the moment I met Sarah, she put me at my ease, suggesting we start with the bathroom as it was a small room and I'd feel I'd achieve something if we started in a small room. As time went on, slowly but surely, Sarah helped me have a home again which was nothing short of a miracle! She has a wonderful working manner - she's methodical, organised and at the same time kind and understanding. I remember once she had a way of raising one eyebrow, which encouraged me to throw away a tatty old Primark boot which I'd been hanging onto and my favourite expression became "bin it!" I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. If you need help organising, decluttering, moving - the mixture of efficiency with warmth and understanding is a perfect recipe!!

We had a bespoke sliding wardrobe designed by Wardrobe Express to our specifications, which was installed very quickly and efficiently. We found it very easy to work with the designer who showed us how to get the most out of the available alcove space, and the fitter did a great job too - very tidy, courteous and professional. Great value for money - can't recommend highly enough!

At the beginning of 2014, I had Patty (at Organise & Simple) help me with my kids room. We moved into a smaller flat but still had the same amount of kids things (clothes, toys, books, furniture etc.). I’m not good at streamlining or getting rid of things but that is Patty’s forte. She was great. She helped me prioritise what was important to keep and what we didn’t really need. She helped me get rid of the items we didn’t need and she helped find manageable space for everything we kept. Patty also helped me rearrange the room so it looks neater and seems bigger than it actually is. The Coups de gras, however, was that she labelled everything so now my kids know exactly where their stuff is and where it belongs once they used it! And, a year on, they put away their own things rather than dumping them on the floor! It’s FABULOUS. THANK YOU!!

Two hours with Daxa and years of accumulated clutter has been swept away. Daxa has helped me to sift through papers, clothes and nicknacks, organising them into the ‘memory box’, ‘inbox’ or into the 'new grateful owner’ bag. I can’t wait for her next visit so we can tackle the shoes, the filing, and the cupboard under the sink! I feel more spacious already. Thank you Daxa.

Do you feel buried under your possessions, so overwhelmed you want to run away? My husband and I are in our 60s and have been together almost 2/3rds of it. So excuse most of the Is and MYs as they should be WEs and OURs. I am trying to coax other like-minded sorts to exert both their bodies and wallets into the choice I made to hire Caroline if they live near me or find her clone if they are afar. That decision literally changed my life. Does that sound either too dramatic or like I'm inviting you to join a cult? Although I may not have been a horder in the clinical sense, I am no longer submerged under piles of, well piles. No longer do I feel too embarrassed to have anyone drop by. I can't say it has not been a lot of work and expense on my part. Caroline works side by side with you. Patiently guiding, persistently questioning. Even if she wanted to, how could she possibly go through my closet or kitchen cupboards and know what to keep? Once we set up a plan, she tirelessly and quickly set to transforming my piles into keep, trash, recycle, rehome etc.. Once that was under control, we set about restoring to their former glory all of the things remaining. It is now over two years later and, mostly due to Caroline, I am now finishing a massive home remodel. She even assisted in finding all of the professionals for this transformation. Without her prodding me along I never could have created this beautiful home. I have even started to improve other facets of my life. It's funny how getting one's possessions in order can have a knock-on effect. If we can't enjoy whatever we accumulated in life, why accumulate? Above all she is discreet and kindly patient. No job is too big or small for her assistance. Maybe it's just your closet or office or kitchen you need her skills for. Maybe it's preparing your home for your first baby, or your retirement. Above all I think everyone would agree my house looks like MY house, not Caroline's or my builder's but MINE. No declutter- organiser is doing their job if the end result is anyone's except the clients'.
