Michelle has an instinctive feel for colour and style and manages to read exactly what I wanted but adding her own thought....this made the projects I had from interesting to truly stunning. Michelle is calm and fun to work with. She is honest and caring and above all truly interested in each project.”

“Velvet Shaw Design! What can I say about this lovely lady and her impeccable taste and interior design flair/ skill / passion! I was referred to Emma from Velvet Shaw Design by my Estate agents who highly recommend her and I’m very glad they did, I had a nice flat for sale that I personally renovated and it was just lacking that something to get it sold. As soon as I’d spoken to Emma I knew she was the right person to entrust the dressing of my flat and I gave her Carte-Blanche to do ‘her thing’ and I was amazed at the results when I finally saw them in the finished sales brochure . The clean minimal and yet sophisticated pallet of colours and fabrics she had used was perfect for my modern high end property and the simple but effective way she has dressed my flat is truely a testament to her professional talent and exquisite taste in the design process. I’ve been blown away by her approach and commitment to styling my property and I’d highly recommend her service as it’s been a pleasure the whole way through and a very reasonable fee to boot. I would definitely use Velvet Shaw Design again in the future as the added value by depressing my property has reflected in more offers and at higher values than expected. Emma really is the nicest person you could wish for and takes the hard work out of selling your property by her creative dressing and design. A must if want a quicker sale and more money! “Anne Gleed Interiors oversaw the design and installation of our living room last summer. We had already used her to oversee our downstairs extension interior in 2015 - which included a new kitchen, hallway, dinning area and downstairs shower room. The whole living room was redone, new carpet, new wall mounted TV, new fireplace (we took out the 1950's fireplace and replaced it with an original 1930's one in line with our house it looks like it has always been there, exactly what we wanted), new custom made bookcase, new sofa, new custom made curtains. We relied on Anne's knowledge throughout. The budget was £8000 and this was met - work was finished on time. We are thrilled with the results, we don't think we would have got this standard of finish on our own.”

“I cannot recommend Rebecca, Liz and team highly enough. Their creativity, flair and professionalism are first class. That with their personal charm, patience and good humour made them a pleasure to work with. Our project is ongoing we have renovated a Georgian Victorian house and they have worked with us on colours, fabrics and design. We did not have a large budget but they rightly pride themselves on working with the full range of clients. The shop is a great place to browse at fabrics and other accessories and their window displays are always lovely.”

“Hianta Cassam Chenai undertook a redesign and planting of my Notting Hill garden. She did a very professional job. I was given a budget which was kept to, different planting schemes and then the execution of the final scheme which I accepted it has worked very well and is flourishing one year later and is much admired. I highly recommend the professionalism of Hianta- and now her company . I was kept informed and it was a pleasure to deal with Hianta.”
