“When my husband and I decided to extensively remodel our beach home, we knew we wanted a new "look" for the interior. It had to be fresh with clean lines, but also very functional and able to withstand beach living. We looked at different design shops, but immediately liked the style and feel of Paysage. We wanted to work with someone who could not only help coordinate a distinct look and feel for our home, but would also take the time to inspect all orders and oversee the workmanship to maintain the highest quality. GiGi was just the right person. Our tastes and ideas blended well and she was able to tie ideas together in unique and original ways. She worked with some of the pieces of art and furniture we wanted to use and made it all seem new. Her standards are exacting and such that we never had a worry about craftsmanship. “When i moved into my newly built home in the Brunswick forest area I realized that although I loved the open floor plan concept on paper once I got in there I had no clue how to make it functional. There was no foyer area and the living, dining room and kitchen just seemed to be one giant space with no discernible breaks. I was over my head. I knew with a full time job and being a single mother I didn't have the time or quite frankly the expertise to design my home. I had a friend who swore that hiring the right professional could actually save me money (it did) rather then doing it on my own. I researched and narrowed it down to 3 designers. Judy was the only one that presented me with a list of all the places she gets a trade discount and showed me how passing that discount on to me (some designers don't give the client the discounted price) she could save me money and more importantly time! I liked her portfolio but more importantly I liked that she took great care in getting to know what my style preferences were and what I wanted not what she wanted. Hiring her was the best decision I could have made! U know when you meet someone who truly loves what they do it becomes infectious? That's her. Judy's level of service was impeccable. She was so reliable and has a laser focused attention to detail. The quality of her design exceeded my expectations and made my home look so much better than I even imagined possible. On top of that she adhered to our agreed upon budget which almost never happens. She never tried to "upsale" me and she easily could have because I was also on a timeline with the holidays approaching. That is intergrety that seems to be rare in business these days. They came over to my home took measurements and helped me choose a beautiful buffet, mirror and 2 lamps for my dining room. We also purchased 2 Mercury lamps with basket weave burlap shades for the great room! They've been very helpful in finding the perfect master bedroom dresser, chest and nightstands! I found a very pretty baboo style pistachio colored chest for the front entry and added their round mother of pearl mirror over the chest, which I absolutely love. I can always find something for our new home in Nest. We've purchased 2 swivel chairs for another home and they were wonderful in assisting in choosing the perfect upholstery for the chairs to match our decor! We love the friendly and helpful staff at Nest and I know it's a favorite interior design store here in Wilmington among my friends.”
