“Anita is the most creative and collaborative designer I have ever me. My Master Suite in Aliso Viejo is posted on Houzz website a beautiful job from Anita and staff in Aug 2011. Easy to work with and creates your vision to make a beautiful home from lightening, rugs, custom wood, sofa, chairs and exquisite one of a kind furniture, drapes and upholstery. I recently got married and I course we called Anita to help us achieve our new look together...so pleased Aug 2013. Teri Streelman”

“When we decided it was time to move, Belmont Design Group came to our home and gave us a detailed report of recommendations on how best to stage our home in order to sell quickly. They helped us every step of the process by sending us links on what items to purchase, personally shopping for items needed and responding immediately by text and phone when I needed their advice on the purchases I was making. They also brought in beautiful rugs, artwork, and decorative pieces from their inventory for the staging. And once we had the home decluttered and our homework completed, Belmont Design Group did all the staging for us in a timely manner. Our home received multiple offers just three days after going on the market! I highly recommend their services and designers.”

Julie and Donna guide them to make the best use of what they have, thin out what no longer makes sense and then bring in the final touches to give that home the “wow” factor making their home sell both faster and for more money. Buyers also need help and many become overwhelmed with trying to come up with a viable plan that will make their new home a showplace while keeping keen eye on the bottom line. “Gonterman Construction had the absolute pleasure of being introduced to Laura Brophy just a few years back and has since worked on several projects with her. Although her style and design is quite diverse, she has an excellent eye for California Modern and is able to infuse lots of texture, depth and layers into her finished product, really taking a project to the next level. Laura is exceptionally organized, creative, laid back and overall a pleasure to work with. I have since referred her to several clients and will continue to do so because of her excellent design capabilities and her wonderful personal demeanor.”

“I met Donna through our contractor, who was doing a full renovation of our new home. We had planned a holiday/house warming party for about 80 people, and it was a race against the clock to have our renovations finished for the big night. Although the new floor tiles looked great, and the wall paint colors too; what was missing was that extra something pulling it all together. We had some old furniture, some new, art for the walls, a beautiful new built-in library, but we had no idea how to place the books, where to hang the art....basically our new home needed something to tie it all together. It needed Donna, said our contractor: "She can make your house feel like a home. She will tie it all together and she will listen to your budget!" And she did! She and her assistant reviewed the house, made notes and took measurements, and then they were off and running! The week flew by and she worked her magic- bringing in plants, hanging up pictures, moving tables, adding tables, taking away tables. It was a blur seeing her running around with her creativity flowing. At the end, the warmth and creative touches she made to our home was absolutely perfect. She stayed in our budget and really made the house feel like our home. That was in December and we have continued to hire her for different projects. She just blew us away by redoing all our outdoor space: overseeing the painters and landscapers, and adding finishing touches here and there. She picked amazing patterns and fabrics for our outdoor cushions. Donna is fantastic to work with because she is highly organized, calm, honest, dependable, and she truly understands the home owners’ style. An added perk is that Donna is a dog lover (we have a lab that jumps all over her- working on that!) and has a great sense of humor. She continues to wow me with her designs, and I couldn't imagine decorating my home or office without her expertise.”

“"We called Sher in at the very last moment. We had fired our previous home stager with only 3 days left until photography was to be done and the house put on the market. Sher came in and determined what things of ours could stay and what must be replaced with furniture that would show off the house better. She took measurements, contacted a high-end furniture rental company, and selected what we needed for 6 rooms in our home within 48 hours. She also purchased accessories that gave a finishing touch and a lived-in feel. The photographer showed up a day later, and between what Sher had artfully done, and the photography, it made our house look worth 3 times more than what we were asking for it. We had 4 good offers in 3 days and we could not have asked for anything more! Sher is a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend her for her design services and for home staging for sale. You will be highly pleased with her results.””
