“We asked James from the Bath Kitchen Company to help us design and install a new bespoke kitchen that would compliment our Georgian property. From the outset James gave practical advice and made helpful design ideas that made the process painless and set the direction for the project. We were working with a restricted budget and the new kitchen was a part of a major refurbishment on the ground floor of the house. James helped to steer us towards design and build choices that were cost effective whilst helping us solve problems that radically redesigned the room to become a great family space The outcome was a kitchen that we are very pleased with, is well designed and made, practical yet stylish and sits well in the redesigned and refurbished space. James kitchen fitter, Ben, was also a pleasure to have in the house and did an excellent job with the installation by fitting the kitchen into the available space perfectly. To say we are pleased with the kitchen is an understatement as the finished kitchen more than exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend James and Bath Kitchen company.”

“Had a fantastic experience working with Nina the last 5 months on a renovation project in central Bath. Nina did the initial concept for the whole project (90 sqm 2 bedrooms split level flat), paint colour consultation, sourced carpets, blinds, tiles, furniture and decorations. We also had a professional photoshoot which Nina acted as stylist for the day. Not only is Nina extremely knowledgeable, she also understands our requirements very well, she's conscious of our budget, and tries to add value where it created most impact. “From start to finish, Chloe was amazing to work with! I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and understood the vision (even though I wasn’t even sure what I wanted). Chloe sent through lists and links to items to furnish the space and worked to strict budget. I was surprised how far she was able to make it stretch and how good value for money everything was. I kind of assumed that recommendations would be costly but that wasn’t the case at all! Also, Chloe is so lovely and easy to talk to too which made the whole process even nicer. “I wanted to make over my bedroom to suit my new lifestyle. I gave Michelle an idea of what I wanted to use the room for and she transformed my expressed wishes into a workable design package that suited my budget. She also provided me with a very useful shopping list which included everything which I needed to buy in order to equip the room and links to the web pages. As a busy working mother I don’t have time to go around the shops so being able to order everything off the list in this way was a godsend. On a personal note Michelle has a real talent for translating your personality and emotional needs into a space which serves them. I would highly recommend her if you want to make over a space in your home.”

“I wanted to convert a very dull and crowded spare room/playroom into a relaxing 'sanctuary' for myself and guests; Mandy immediately saw where I was coming from and was in on the project from the start. With an eye for details and a real feel for the person, she carefully put together two different scenarios of environments where I've felt most relaxed - a beach theme and a mountain theme. The mood boards she created were beautiful and I found it difficult to choose between the two themes, though the mountain room she envisaged gave me the restfulness coupled with the cosiness that I wanted. Mandy then measured up and carefully observed how the natural light fell, as well as coming up with clever suggestions on how to deal with elements of the room that couldn't be changed - e.g. the dormer window and the sloping ceilings. From here she worked up a floor plan with soft shapes and functional, but relaxing furnishing ideas. Never forcing her thoughts on me, I had plenty of free range to add my own touches and she showed me how to use colours and the way they can work together. I was much more adventurous than I have been before! It felt like we really worked together as a team to achieve the finished results. So, my 'sanctuary' includes a bed (so we can still welcome guests), a seating/TV/gaming area (where the big kids can still relax, but their paraphernalia is low key/hidden), a reading area with a comfortable chair and footstool, and coffee table (reclaimed and painted). There's a variety of textures and soft colours using mainly greys and dusky pinks and other natural colours. My favourite part is the main wall featuring a mural of a mountain range in silhouette in soft dawn tones. I absolutely love it - as do my guests and kids! I highly recommend Mandy and her work. Her designs are beautiful, thoughtful and functional; whilst she provides plenty of her own ideas she is keen to incorporate your own too. I'll definitely be using Mandy again.”
