Most times when I start a project I show up with "something" and we build around it. Many times I covered their tables with books of swatches spending hours looking and looking for the exact color/pattern. I took some measurements so OSI would not have to make a trip to my home and I measured wrong. When I called OSI, a plan was put together to correct my mistake. I have also found pictures of valances that I wanted for my den in my home in Florida...I told OSI what kind of fabric I wanted, a picture of the valance and the measurements via email and about three weeks later the exact balance arrived and is perfect. I can't say enough about what a great company and staff OSI is.”

From the get go, they were attentive and took care of every aspect of the renovation process and were the perfect liaison between us and all the people involved in the project. When any problem arose, they promptly took care of it, which made everything run very smoothly. They were hardworking, highly professional and always responsive to our needs.
