As a result of the kitchen transformation, I have now extended their services into the living room and other areas of the house. Their recommendations in colours, textures, soft furnishings and lights etc have totally brightened the whole house. On this occasion, I can quite honestly say that the service Pam provided my wife and I was clearly OUTSTANDING. From our very first meeting Pam demonstrated vision and professionalism, acknowledging our requests but at the same time, inputting her experience and knowledge. It was clearly apparent that Pam possesses a unique skill set that enabled us to confidently let Pam design with minimal input from ourselves. Once the design stage was agreed and the project timescales set, we let Pam project manage and implement her amazing designs. During this phase we were always kept informed of progress and any design changes, but to be honest, by this stage we were so impressed with Pam we would have allowed her to proceed without further input. Pam completed a full refurbishment of the whole house and the results are truly outstanding.
